I was this winter very nice hotel and looked after the rooms are very large and spacious the restaurant with top service.

Great at everything. Gentlemen on arrival at the restaurant. For cleaning etc.

Hotel policy not very correct!
Phone to have a quote for 15 days from 11 to 25 August for 2 adults, full board with the presence of a cat. I receive after 2 days, on Thursday, the quote, with a cost for the cat of. 5 a day. The quote must be confirmed by Saturday. On the same day I request by phone the addition of the week from 4 to 11 August. Saturday recall 2 times because the modified quote has not yet been sent to me and on the same day expires the option of the room from 11 to 25 August. I receive a new incorrect quote because instead of adding the week from 4 to 11 they send me a quote from July 29 to August 20 in which the cost of the cat is no more than. 5 but included. I call to inform them of the error, they move the confirmation to Sunday and I wait for a new quote. The correct quote comes to me on Sundays but the total sum has increased by. 145 compared to the count of the individual days, of the previous estimates. I call to ask for an explanation: I am informed that the motivation is a change of room with relative sanitization for the presence of the cat: all for the small amount of. 145: outrageous! The most expensive daily period was already present in the room from 11 to 25 August for which I had to give a confirmation by Saturday so it is not explained why adding a less expensive week the prices have risen for the whole period: the explanation is been changing rooms with the cat.

Take advantage of the spa very neat, clean! Friendly and helpful staff.

Nice structure, clean and manicured rooms, nice swimming pool and wellness center as well as staff, Hotel very close to the slopes and other places of interest like 15 min from Madonna di Campiglio and other places.
The dinner a little slow with the times but worth it, will be unforgettable thanks to the Chef and the confectioner.

Hotel 4 ⭐ S really deserved!
Perfect Location close to the town centre but away from the main road traffic; Also close to the ski lifts, reachable on foot or with the shuttle provided by the hotel. The rooms are all renovated, spacious, cared for in detail and impeccable cleaning! Super Kitchen!
Also the SPA is spacious and the big pool for a mountain hotel.
Hard to find a flaw! Great value for money. Definitely recommend to all.

We visited only spa and swimming pool, both were fantastic, staff super friendly, afternoon tea and dolce delicious!

Absolutely first class. Excellent accomodation and cuisine! Wonderful attention from staff. Can't rate highly enough.

Great place, very clean, with good spa, where you can relax after skiing. The area for skiing also fantastic — private shuttle each morning and evening. For sure you won't be hungry here — food is fantastic, wide choice of quality products and desserts… if you are on diet you loose a lot;)

Probably the best winter hotel I have ever stayed… The owner with his daughters are very friendly and the whole staff is very well trained. Very clean and spacious rooms. The spa area is also very nice. The best though is the food. Michelin star quality!

Back at Beverly hotel for the seventh time. We always come with great expectations, and we are never disappointed. Guests will experience very high standard. Kitchen serves food and wine of a very high standard. We look forward to the next time and can definitely recommend it to others.

We stayed in July 2015 and we had such a wonderful time.
Staff friendly and helpful x our every need.
The food is very good and good quality.
We settled in a family suite with two bathrooms, all very clean and equipped with every comfort.
We hope to visit again soon.

Family management. Luxury hotel at reasonable level. Wellness centre and a small garden. Recommended for families and not.

Hotel a bit dated. Staff friendly but serious ice, never a smile, a joke … It's like a boarding school! Not suitable for children. If you want to enjoy the surroundings you have to organize yourself. Finally I found myself much better in a 3-star hotel here. 4 star S just don't pencil.

I stayed with my family in this lovely hotel unfortunately for only 5 days. We had the Family suite 111 that is was delicious. With two bathrooms, two separate rooms and amenities. Cleaning the floors is done twice a day and that the facility is so manic that define this clean is an understatement.
But I think the highlight both the kitchen and read reviews of people who complains that the portions are from nouvelle cuisine I can laugh as well as get angry. I would ask those who complain if habitually are accustomed to their homes to have a choice of 3/4 wide and high quality first and 4 seconds at lunch and dinner as well as a dessert menu that rivals the best pastry shops. If so, and if these people in their own homes also have a staff room as that of Beverly then, only then I raise my hands. Otherwise I'm just unhappy. And certainly not because of the this property.
If we add the water with meals is included, although served in pitchers I wonder what you would complain about?!
Unmatched availability and constant and continuous niceties.
Maybe. But very possibly. If I must make a note missing a play area for children. But honestly though I have two, Kevin of 8 and Nicole of 1, I had to do was make a few meters walk in Centre to find one.
I conclude by saying that generally do not return ever in the same hotel but here I will come back and how.
