I stayed a week with my wife. We were both satisfied with the services offered and the quality of the food. In the staff room kindly led by the very good maitre Paul. The excursions organized by Marko and Nicole completed the picture. Very good both. Surely I recommend it for those who want to spend a few days relaxing in madonna of campiglio.

We had a great time… extraordinary location (room with Dolomites view), excellent quality food with "starred" preparation, service in the room of high professionalism, attentive and friendly assistance in the pool and spa (by the way beautiful Finnish sauna), excellent staff in all components, and then the very nice and helpful Marco and Nicole who accompanied us on beautiful excursions and cheered our days. We're leaving with one regret… that you can't stay in this wonderful place.

Hotel really excellent and functional for the winter holidays spent in the family. The excellent and cosy restaurant is characterized by the attentive service and the high professional profile of the entire staff, expertly led by the enterprising, polite, and expert maître Paul, and to which, therefore, should be given our respect and sympathy for the intense and happy christmas spent together. Beautiful hotels and locations. Great location for walking in the woods with the guides Martino and Viviana very professional and nice. Maitre and hotel staff always available.

The location of the hotel is perfect as well as the location around it. The property looks very well outwardly and in many respects internally, but the corridors, rooms and play area are mostly neglected old and poorly cared for.
The spa is very nice but the pool and hot tub water are freezing.
Breakfasts and boufet dinners very messy and with rows of up to 15minutes.
Very appreciated Martino and his excursions.
In any case great value for money.

Okay place, bit out dated.

I stayed at this property in March during a white week; It is the ideal property for skiers as it offers the opportunity to enter the slopes immediately. The rooms are well maintained and the kitchen is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very nice Hotel, friendly staff, very helpful, fantastic kitchen ready to respond to any kind of needs, from gluten, vegetarian and vegan, among other things vegan and gluten-free are greedy and much lighter to digest, besides To a very nice and super communicative chef. Environment in the mountain style very refined.

Hotel in a great location, with direct on-track facilities. Large and comfortable rooms. Perfect for couples and families.
Only flaw: You changed the service and do not eat more well.

Just perfect everything. Perfect services, Ppsizione enviable with excellent organized connections. An amazing rejuvenating spa and you don't want to go home! What about if not what you can want more?!

A really great hotel located just outside the centre of Madonna. Truly ski-in, ski-out (the easiest we've had in a ski resort), great spa facilities and super friendly guys working there. Parking doesn't cost the earth either, and the ski rental place inside the hotel is excellent. Oh, and the Wi-Fi was the best we've experienced in the area. Letdowns were breakfast, which was very very limited in its offering, and the lack of a usable shuttle service — it ran hourly, needed booking in advance, and finished at 1930 so wasn't really useful.

The Hotel is not in the Centre of Madonna di Campiglio, but 4 min by car, and is a great location for the cable car to the ascent to Grostè.

One memo, during lunch/dinner buffet are perhaps too "fast" in withdrawing the expired food lunch/dinner …
SPA great, beautiful, and varied (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, Turkish bath, emotional showers)

Awful experience. The Director and the rude. Carpeted room absolutely dusty and hosted by insects. The restaurant offers buffet-style cuisine and waiters cater to customers calling you.

I've been there last year and I had a great time I really liked the room and the pool.

Fantastic couple, pampered by a friendly and helpful staff, excellent buffet breakfasts and dinners perfect, beautiful structure elegantly equipped with astronomical observatory decidedly unique. Interesting day and night activities, conferences and mountain walks. Great organization.
