We are 4 friends who had decided to celebrate 2 birthdays in this beautiful place that did not disappoint in any way our expectations, the kindness and professionalism of all the staff, the excellent kitchen sitting at a table set dedicated to the 2 celebrated, a beautiful spa where there was no lack of fun and relaxation and as a setting the first snowfall in a magical atmosphere. I spent a weekend this spring, all perfect. It is located at the beginning of the fiscal ina valley and between the cable car for the red croda meadows. Wonderful spa.

Nice place, after a ski is very practical to get to. Great service, they had asked for two glasses of Lagrein but we were recommended on two Cabernet Altoatesini, really good advice! Great also the two dishes we ate. I will be back when I'm still here.!

Beautiful. Located close to the ski slopes, you can go to the sauna or the pool just removed the skis from the feet (including children). You eat well. Very welcome afternoon snack.

Ho avuto la fortuna di provare solo la SPA come ospite esterno e limitatamente al centro benessere. Un luogo raccolto e ad accesso limitato per cui l'area non è mai eccessivamente affollata come invece succede altrove. Prezzo dai 35 ai 40 euro nei giorni festivi senza limiti di tempo con fornitura asciugamani e ciabatte dell'hotel.

I visited the hotel only for drink and food while skiing. The prices are normal in ski areas and the food and drinks where delicious. I would recommend that hotel!

Restaurant with good quality food but small portions and absolutely not suitable for a restaurant on the ski slopes. Prices a little too high. Staff absolutely rude and disinclined to the needs of the customers. Rather long waiting times.

It was a wonderful mini vacation, perfect place to make your partner stand like a queen. The heavenly dinner, refined with perfect service and not intrusive… Relaxation areas, saunas, wooden scents. A dip in peace and wellbeing… Excellent!

Fantastic Location, immersed in the green and with walks and many activities nearby. Generally modern and classic structure, it combines history with modern comforts in an intelligent way. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms in the main building are great. The view that you can enjoy from the restaurant is memorable. Interesting and suggested SPA. Many activities offered by the structure (yoga, bike, pilates, etc. ).

We came back now 4 times, a lovely place! The SPA is beautiful and very large with different areas. The dinner and breakfast are of excellent quality and very plentiful!

Luxury, clean, comfortable hotel. Spa is excellent and breakfasts are truly amazing with the best range of fresh fruits and foods I have ever seen. The hiking in this area is breathtakingly spectacular.

Really a nice place with beautiful view on the mountains from the open air pool.

Pros: — friendly staff at the restaurant — nice location — nice spa and swimming pool cons: — We chose to stay at the muehlenhof, but we were *upgraded* to the residence. Unfortunately we were assigned a smoking room. I called the reception immediately and I was told that I was wrong, that was no smoking room and I was also told that guests would go to the terrace to smoke, if they really needed to. Let aside that I've never been wrong about smoke smell, the room was indeed a smoking one because the room 1) had no terrace 2) had an hash tray on the table and 3) had not a single sign saying that smoking is not allowed. Very unpleasant stay, we kept the windows open during the days to reduce the stink. My sister was staying at the muehlenhof and I could peek into the room. I found that room nicer, too.

One of the best spas and hotels in the area — and Italy IMHO — excellent cooking.

Excellent hotel with beautiful spa area and saunas. Very close to the ski resorts, equipped with all comforts. The restaurant is excellent, the wait staff very professional and kind; less staff responsible for the dining room, at least with the waiters … Rooms not large enough for the type of hotel for the prices charged.

We returned yesterday.
Magical weekend. The manageress Efi always delicious. Staff friendly and very personable. Only jarring one waiter very messed up with your order (especially at breakfast), from annoying forced sympathy, again with the joke out of place … replace soon!

Passed for an appetizer. Low quality and unwell enough staff, I had a better memory.
