I keep in my heart and in my memory the memory linked to your wonderful hotel and the wonderful Zorzi family. I was a little girl when I came to you every year, starting from Puglia and making a very long but long-awaited trip all year round and still remember everything perfectly. I hope to be able to come back to you soon with my baby and be able to relive the same emotions.

I recommend Hotel Nele and also the residence impeccable management very professional put you at ease as if you were at home, always available for any eventuality, relaxing place.

Very Good Hotel. Staff and owners very kind, and very attentive to customer care, hospitality exceptional. Very well managed. Large and comfortable rooms, excellent cleaning. Breakfast and meals are in general abundant and of a good standard, logically, the food offerings are almost all of the place and for those like me who had never tasted you have to adapt. For the children we have had the opportunity to leave in the afternoon with a girl from the animation and be able to enjoy the relaxing moments in the wellness area. Centre, Sauna and Wellness very satisfactory, the only small flaw in the pool water, which is lukewarm, and that instead I would have preferred more warm after a day in the cold of the outside temperatures, but are only personal preferences. For those interested in skiing there are several plants in a radius of a few miles. Overall I was very satisfied with the Hotel and certainly in the future I will return. Congratulations.

You feel pampered and at home! the staff is friendly and professional, but never missing a smile and a kindness toward the children. A true oasis of peace! the rooms and the apartments are super comfortable, and the services of the internal Spa of excellent quality.

I can not evaluate the hotel PK nn I went there but the residence is beautiful, the rooms are modern and beautiful, large and spacious. I recommend it.

A place to feel good, the breakfast is versatile and delicious, the apartment clean, warm and cozy furnished, water in the indoor pool pleasantly warm and the service outstanding. The surroundings are fantastic and the surrounding ski areas make you want to go skiing. We'll be back.

My holiday was under no good star: a ski accident on the second day led to the end of the ski season. The staff were very friendly and the food was very good. Although the rooms are clean and good but simple and the spa for the size of the hotel is very small, because of the food I would come back anytime!

Can only recommend! lovely place and very friendly staff… the rooms are huge and clean, the breakfast is awesome, saunas and pool are available daily… we have been coming here for years and never encountered any issue… ;) also its close to three different ski resorts, so its perfect for winter holidays…

Very friendly and modern, with very friendly staff and always helpful. Just 10 minutes from the slopes is great for those who want to take a holiday in the snow.

The hotel clean staff more than friendly the breakfast very good and we did half board and in the evening dined well.
The hotel also offers a very nice small indoor pool where in the evening to relax you can have a bath and also has small whirlpool.
We were more than satisfied.

With our three year old girl we spent a week in this hotel in August 2017.
1) Hotel staff: very kind and very courteous. The owners are affable and show attention to the guests. Many activities and walks are organized. We didn't go there because we had done our program, but the other hotel guests were delighted. In the afternoon very often snacks and activities for the little ones were organized.
2) Breakfast: Wide choice of sweet and savoury, with a different surprise every day (Keiserschwarn, ricotta and honey, pankakes, …). Coffee and cappuccino made at the espresso bar.
3) Dinner: Very good. We tried to eat also the fish (tuna and pasta with squid and broccoli) and, despite some initial skepticism, I must say it was cooked perfectly! The menu always provides alternatives and the staff tries to fulfill any other request. A bit of soundproofing in the room would make it perfect, since sometimes the background noise (symptom of the fact that people have fun) can annoy.
4) Room: Very clean and spacious, but dated. The door did not filter the sounds and the balcony had some tiles raised by the screed. I think the restructured ones don't have these flaws.
5) Location: In a super quiet area of Ziano, a stone's throw from Predazzo and Cavalese. Strategic. In addition there is a equipped playground a 3-minute walk away.
Concluding: If the room had been more cared for, I would not hesitate to give the hotel an excellent rating.

Good hotels in Ziano di Fiemme, Marcia Longa passes right outside the Hotel, so more people are scifondisti. The hotel is comfortable, discreet dinner, there is a space for children.

A very valid, where The managers are attentive to even the smallest detail. Every morning is the fact found on the breakfast table a newspaper with the weather and all the activities that you can do in the area during the day. It is really "pampered"

All the summer I spend the holidays at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable, breakfast is abundant, as well as the dinner. The staff were excellent.

The Zorzi family manages the hotel in an excellent manner with their presence, from morning to night, overseeing all of the highlights of the day, the welcome and the meals. The food is excellent, well kept and tasty dishes, nothing is left to chance, everything is well calibrated and cooked with passion. The rooms are clean and every day. Zorzi family employees are polite, courteous, helpful and very professional.

We was there last year, it was great! Nice place, beautiful Hotel and a adorable family! Everytime again! I made My Girl a marriage proposal there, we have a unique reminder and hope we can go back soon!

Family with 4 children were 1 week in the apartment. We were skiing, riding, Swimming, Cycling, played football, hiked and let the soul in beautiful villages like Moena dangle. The apartment was great, the Service is very endearing and personal. Happy again!

Tried in the summer, I can say that I have experienced a great host, cooking, cleaning, equipment and location.
The atmosphere is familiar but not unprofessional. Very good impression overall and reasonably priced.
