Great hotel rooms clean and very comfortable, I was very much satisfied with the restaurant, not all the staff is attentive, and then I waited too long to eat a pizza!

We spent a week-end to'light-heartedness. The staff puts you at ease from the first moment and is very available. Breakfast and dinner is impeccable. You must try the SPA and massages. Thanks to all the staff and the Sartori family of the'hospitality. Gianluca and Elisa.

Great location for business travelers and have to move to Trentino. The hotel is well furnished and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. Great choice for those looking for comfort.

A 4 star hotel that we booked as we would like to stay one more night in italy. No great stopping over in Lavis, Trento. Spacious room for a family of 3. Nice spacious bathroom. Mirror for makeup! Friendly and warm staff. Lounge area in front is very cosy. Very impressed and satisfied. Recommend this hotel for a stopover.

Location to my liking with very large parking outside the restaurant. The service was great with the waiters present and very helpful. On the menu I can not say much because it was the first time I dined there and I ate pizza (tasty) ; there was however a wide choice of different dishes which in my opinion is a very positive factor.

It was a very nice place. Nice vegetable buffet but not too tender meat. Very nice waiters.

The stay at Hotel Sartoris is always of great quality. Excellent professionalism of Isabella, head of the Wellness Center. A Rejuvenating facial cleansing! Complimemti.

The hotel is quite nice, not central to the country of lavas but convenient to travel by car. The restaurant offers several dishes, but few reflect the culinary tradition of the place despite the prices certainly not convenient. The hotel also "peddles" for pet friendly, but keep the dog in the room (no kennel and/or sofa, is provided only a miserable and very small cover that my medium size dog is only half body) involves a considerable surcharge. We were very amazed when, in the morning, presented to us at the breakfast buffet, we are denied entry with the dog, obliging to make separate breakfasts (since leaving the dog only in the room is dangerous, because during the time of Breakfasts enter the rooms the cleaning ladies).
I feel that if you stay in a place that advertises as pet friendly and admits the dog in the restaurant, you can't be appealed aggressively by a waitress at the entrance to the breakfast room.

I've been there twice: the first for a pizza with friends and the pizza was pretty good and the prices were very competitive.
The second time at the bar, very nice Moreover, for an aperitif with a friend and also I found myself well, the staff was nice even though I felt a little observed.
Anyway I will definitely go back and recommend it!

We had the pleasure of being guests of this very prestigious Hotel, kindness and welcome have been the setting for a refined environment.
Spectacular is the room with attic terrace with wooden beams and a panorama of the Alps that surrounds it. A professional and well cared SPA gives relaxation to those who try and a swimming pool also usable for children, welcome families…

We were made very welcome by the night manager — arrived about 20:00 Thursday. He was really good at telling us about the locality. The visitor card was a boon, really useful. We had just the one dinner at the hotel as the restaurant staff were very formal, and the menu lacked imagination, not a balanced mix of meat and vegetables. Breakfast was good but the hot option was boring, and most visitors seemed to pass on it. No other language but Italian on TV, it was claimed there was but our TV said weak or no signal. We would use again as it is well situated and a good centre for touring.

I have 20 years experience of attending Italian, European and international hotels as business lobby, each week around especially in Italy. I rested in Sheraton, Hilton, Daniele, farms to 7 stars like those existing in Fasano (BR), and so on.
In the light of this experience I testify that the Hotel Sartori's Lavis is a great congenial realities for work and family hospitality. I've never come across a great hotel (rooms, junior suites and suites with everything, including infra-red sauna in suite) that is also a very good restaurant, pizzeria and tavern! I've known hotels offering culinary proposals such as those of Sartori's hotel. Every detail is taken care of, I will mention a few: the King is the greatest I have ever used, the mattress is very comfortable, the toilet seat is one that can disassemble cleaning staff on a daily basis and ensure quick and effective disinfection, the presence of staff is reassuring in that they operate with professionalism, helpfulness (once for an abnormal extra toilet paper I needed necessity during evening presence not : I was delivered from the owner of the hotel, who is in his seventies, from which it follows that client satisfaction is their goal! ), any request outside the protocols is examined and almost always satisfied! Breakfast is extremely fulfilling, redundant in quality and quantity.

Nice place with friendly and clean room, helpful and friendly staff, very nice also wellness but of relaxing has nothing because of too many noises not recalled to duty by staff.

The hotel has a wellness centre and restaurant pizzeria (I did not dine there as they closed on Mondays).

The hotel locates at a busy round-about in Lavis. The reception is small, and the people at the reception weren't very professional. The first room we were assigned had terrible smoking smell, despite being a non-smoking room. All non-smoking rooms have ash trays — very misleading and you wondered why all non-smoking rooms became smoking rooms. Fittings in the room feel cheap Made-in-China stuffs. No warm breakfast (I asked for an omelette but the waitress told me they didn't serve warm food). It should really be a 3 star, rather than a 4 star.
