We were in August 2017 in half board with family and a dog we were very good good reception, good service great breakfast and great dinner, there was also the possibility of a lunch always included in the price, is located at 1750 Mt with the possibility of Nice walks, recommended.

We were there last Christmas in family excellent welcome nice rooms with spacious bathroom fabulous appetizers buffet, side dishes and breakfast friendly staff, prepared very attentive to every request. Great entertainment with Dodo and the Baby club. Great location for skiing we will be back for sure.

The hotel, located practically on the slopes, is present the animation in some times of the year, and a very nice personal children's area. Always clean. Eat good and local dishes. Possibility of covered box in the other hotel near.

A slightly older hotel that is certainly worthwhile for a few days in the summer. For a longer stay, the distance to attractions is a bit far.
The rooms are functional and clean, although very busy. In particular, the bathroom is small (narrow shower) and "exciting" divided (toilet in front of the sink). Fittings are sometimes not completely intact anymore. The whole hotel is quite clairvoyant. Nothing for late risers — but the breakfast buffet doesn't start until 8am. There is something for everyone at breakfast, but you miss rolls. There is homemade bread every day. The hearty buffet could be a bit more diverse (there are daily scrambled eggs with bacon, ham, salami, mortadella and cheese (1 variety each) coffee comes in various variations from the vending machine — pure coffee is very strong. 2 varieties of juices from the vending machine — is unfortunately more Sugar water as juice. The Red Orange was still quite edible. Otherwise there are various jams and a chocolate spread, a muesli buffet with va fruits from the tin — a basket of fresh fruit is also available.
Dinner consists of a pre-course buffet, 2 desserts and a dessert buffet. The German translation of the menu was sometimes a bit exciting. The food is good for the stars. Could be a little more beautiful. If you come to eat a little later (times of 7-9pm), a lot of things are no longer available at the buffets.

According to the stars and price, very good service, rooms functional, clean. Depending on the category, something is unusual. Very high place with fantastic views. With trentino guest card, many entrances and public transport are free. A good idea to leave the car in the scarce parking spaces.

Great place, very good restaurant, a bit too small rooms and extremely weak Internet connection (not available in the guest rooms and very slow connection in the lobby), but all in all good.

I stayed two nights at the Dolomites, following the cancellation of a friend of mine who had booked here with a coupon. The hotel is a 3 star hotel of mountain, essential services and oriented exclusively to families. If you can find some good spots to position (great for skiers) and services for children (animation and dedicated spaces), for me the whole experience was under the sufficiency.
I will not dwell on geographic location, suitable for skiers, but certainly not to those who may want to visit the beautiful Trento (about 30 minutes of mountain road), talking about the fact that the services offered were quite basic, how about General, poor attention to detail.
The rooms are small and basic, with double beds divided (which I hate, going on vacation with my girlfriend) nor spotless.
The bathroom was made clear several years ago, and it shows.
The shower is tiny, and you must make the contortions. Will still be hard to wash in a satisfactory manner, given the very little SOAP and shampoo available.  
Also bring your glasses from home, since in the room is not even a plastic cup to rinse mouth.
In the room there was a small fridge … totally empty and unplugged.
The room was generally small, but on the first day we had also the adjoining room, communicating (a room with as only brings our, not with his room number) but on the second day there was locked (reason unknown, since it still could not be used by other clients).
