Overnight for business, clean and comfortable rooms, complete with everything you need for your stay. Restaurant with kitchen on the ground floor, good local cuisine and good selection of wines, helpful and friendly staff. Recommended for value for money.

A little underlie with respect to the South Tyrolean standard. Carpeting in the rooms… Who likes… Large number of rooms. Breakfast Eccentric staff.

Good hotel with great value for money… Although a little dated it is still clean and well maintained.

Reception a power, sufficient restaurant, nice big rooms, but disturbed, little I must say, from the railway line in the hotel. Good price. 75 euro with breakfast a DUS.

A very nice and cosy hotel with a fantastic view at breakfast!

The hotel is in an extremely advantageous location to get to both the centre and the station. The staff proves to be available and competent, in line with the services offered. Breakfast buffet and restaurant for lunch and dinner great. Great view. The only flaw is the Wi-Fi, granted only for 30 minutes and for a traffic of 300 MB.

I stopped for the weekend of the Immaculate Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff.
The dating of the property is not an important factor as the hotel is kept constantly updated indi so nothing decrepit or anything else; Indeed I would say up to the South Tyrolean standard the cuisine is excellent especially in the traditional dishes of Southern Tyrol and they keep a winery not huge but with absolute excellences.
The highlight of the Hotel is still its great location. It's at a nerve point. There comes the train, the buses that carry everywhere, the bike path and we pass the road of wine… If it's not served…

We got the last room in the hotel. The airconditioning (heating) was so loud we had lo leave the hotel.

I have never been to a hotel where the service was so bad, unfriendly and almost offensive. The behavior of the two waitresses was very rude to us as guests. It was also very dusty and dirty. The food was tastefully OK, but not very appealing and the crowd left to be desired.
In the evening, when you were still in town, we were ' banned ' and the front door was locked. Not to be outbidding on insolence.
4-star Hotel…? Never.

Booked for work.
Clean and comfortable room.
Staff at the bone but kind.
I had dinner: no tosses but no flaws.
Convenient location.
Only drawback: attached to the train line BZ Merano, however sufficiently soundproof.

We were with a group. The rooms were OK. That's why 2 stars.
The breakfast was a little bit for a 4 star hotel… but you could overlook it…
The huge problem was the service, we had to fight for the drinks, in part we were fully ignored at breakfast and in the evening, we were turned off the light…
We had to serve the food ourselves…
Unfortunately I cannot recommend the hotel.

Nice place, but already required some renovation: mattresses, linens, towels are really old…

Very welcoming Hotel, well furnished and provided with every comfort, from the spa, to the gym. Very friendly and professional staff. Located a few kilometers from the centre of Bolzano, easily accessible by public transport. Well what to say again, you just have to stay overnight to enjoy every service and privilege that the hotel offers.

Unfriendly reception, breakfast until 10:00, at 09:15 there was hardly anything left, there was also nothing replenished even though more guests came. Rarely experienced such a bad service. Once and never again!

Breakfast a bit sparse but the service has saved.

Good location, just outside Bolzano, a little retro, should be remodeled. In the evening it is not possible to entertain inside because they turn off the lights of the common areas.

Hotel in south style. In a fairly quiet location. Close to the bike path that leads to Merano.

Spacious room with good airco but the restaurant was closed for dinner… Since this was not mentioned, we had to back tot the city center by bike. (7 km) … 3 stars for this hotel Will be a correct rating.

Restaurant disorganized and slow, half hour waiting for a salad, little polite waiters. The property begins to be dated, it would need a renovation inside. Poor availability of parking spaces in the relevant car park, I had to leave the vehicle on the road. It's definitely not a four star.

We stopped here by chance due to one of our Lambretta's breaking down… Warm hospitality and friendly service. The food is excellent and the beer is cold and equally as good.

We stayed at the weekend with a large group of children and parents there. The rooms were very nice size and also clean.
For larger groups with children it is not recommended the House mistress is very rude to the children against over and also partly to the adults. Also at dinner it was a nightmare, children had to wait over an hour for drinks, the food for the children (noodles with gravy) took 2 hours. We as guests have taken over the service because, for about 80 people only one clause was there. Once and never again.

Three are the stars that you deserve (. And I'm good! ). There are no dishes in the menu. Sliced beef served with cold dish and vegetables. Wine list: Two wines missing on two ordered, folded on bottles brought to the table. (I miss the names…) At 21, 29 they lower the shutters that hide a beautiful panorama… Explanation: "The restaurant closes at 9pm, 30! ". At 11pm, 00 climb into the room on foot because the elevator was turned off (you ignore the reason…? ). Final Chicco… I rise at night to drink, I take one of the two glasses suitably left on the table of the large room and opening the fridge known with amazement that there was nothing that could satisfy my desire… what did you understand!?! There was nothing. Empty. But the fridge was nice cold!
The bathroom is large and clean.
I would have liked that at the time of payment I was asked the degree of welcome… if it is well watched to ask! He preferred to greet us by answering the phone and us all the papers.
I will not go back and I will not recommend it for sure.
Too bad, it's a nice structure ruined by the service.

We had a very normal and nice room! For one night absolutely fine! The owner is really pretty fun free! But in a quiet location!

Just walked into the room there was a big stink of smoke! Bathroom without SOAP, dinner at Hotel cara for the quality of food, warm and cold treatment as an evening in Antarctica, someone looked them by accident! Hopefully change management!

This is the atmosphere that I breathed during a mini trip to Bolzano.
Owner and employees were very cold but mostly disinterested,
I have welcomed and explained about the structure.
On arrival, the room wasn't ready, and when it was, it was not corresponding to the description and to what is agreed in the booking.
No one had brought what was up as customers,
What includes our package and some employees seemed to be there.
The thing that has left a bad taste in my mouth was understand that deep down it was ineptitude or ignorance but to something more like rudeness or mindless premeditation; by comparing how they were treated other guests krauts, the feeling was uncomfortable.
The meal included in the package was pretty embarrassing;
the only thing eaten again were the dumplings
(probably purchased at the supermarket),
pork with mushrooms and boiled vegetables were horrid:
the meat was stringy and insipid,
the mushrooms were frozen and really raw,
frozen vegetables seemed too old and tasteless,
a disaster!
The cake was average.

The Hotel is conveniently located and is for Bolzano relatively inexpensive. Only point of criticism: The Breakfast was not necessarily my taste, but the hotel class is appropriate.

The hotel has spacious rooms, nice bathrooms and comfortable and warm and comfortable common areas. My overall rating and ' cmq that hotel is cold: cold in hospitality and rooms, especially in the rooms where the heating part only at night and only if you are in the rooms, since the key card to access the room from current even in the room without it and therefore without your presence in the room the heater does not start right.
