September 2019 the first time in Andalo, welcome and super stay. Kitchen excellent as is the service. Receptionist Cristina excellent always with a smile and always ready to advise on routes, routes with breathtaking views.

Staff and excellent cleanliness… Meals are plentiful and above all very good… I highly recommend.

A week pampered by the Hotel staff and spoiled by the great cuisine, plentiful, exquisite.

Hello I am a tour guide and have visited the hotel in January 2018 with 40 people. The rooms are top. Food was good too. The owner was very friendly. The location of the hotel is very good. We'll come back. Sure!

It was a very nice Hotel. Perfect restaurant and kindness at the highest level.

It was our unique choice for a ski journey. It turned out into a very good accommodation, close to ski rentals and ski tracks. Service is good, restaurant too. The hotel also provide some sort of entertainment each evening, which is pretty cool when outside is freezing! Recommended for families. Rooms are a bit small, but perfectly fine for young couples.

Very nice and friendly hotel, the rooms are very nice we have a really nice junior suite. The food is very good. Definitely would stay here again. For the children there is an animator and a room dedicated to them.

Excellent value for money experience. Micro location in the centre of the city, just a few minutes walk from slopes. Friendly staff, excellent food and David who is the hotel's sommelier will always choose the right wine for you. Very tidy place, friendly atmosphere, nice rooms and own parking space. I am looking forward to coming here again as soon as possible.

In September, U. S. With my wife we stayed for six days. The friendliness and sympathy of all the staff was great, beyond all expectations; as well as the service. Breakfast and dinner were great and hearty, just as the vegetable buffet. Definitely going back.

When people don't know what they say. I beg to answer Mr. Zarri not for polemical reasons but rather to disprove what you wrote that does not correspond to the truth. I was present during the stay of the person who recalled in the review which did nothing but ask favors to the maids and owners and was regularly satisfied in everything and I remain astonished from the cauldron of atrocities suitable only for Discrediting the excellent work of the hotel staff. The kitchen is great and the rooms are capacious and accessorized alm, right point relative to the hotel category and as for other guests I can only say that even the children were rowdy and were well assisted by the hotel entertainer. Personally I do not consider it rowdy nor uneducated but I would not like the attitude of the lady was due to the fact that you had to pay the tourist tax certainly not desired by the hotel but but by the municipality. I think he knew it even before booking. You can't tell
These things about guests who are many years staying at Alphotelmilano with immense pleasure. I confirm my vote of 10 to the kitchen and to all the services of the Hotel. My outburst is due to the fact that I can't stand those who don't tell the truth.

Beautiful Hotel! I know him and I've been in 38 years and every year he earns more and more points. Clean, great location, great food, owners and staff always very attentive and helpful… in short… the top for a wonderful relaxing holiday!

We have been going back to this structure for a number of years now and my family, and it is a pleasant reconfirmation that it is always better! Great hotel well run by the friendly owner Ilaria and her staff always helpful and friendly. Thank you for the nice holiday.

We returned this year for two weeks because last year we had a good meal and enjoyed it. This year there was a frightening decay in the restaurant, Little quiet (this is because the guests are not educated, is respectful of others), small and not equipped rooms — the small details make the difference —. What really disappointed us was the kitchen. A vote? For Kitchen 4. A total of 5 (to be wide). Certainly not going back.

Every year at the Alphotel Milano there are always pleasant news as much as from the structural side of the entertainment of clients.
In fact this year the Hotel has recessed internal guests an animator which among other activities organizes excursions to the biggest and an internal's Miniclub are to entertain children.
The food is excellent and the food excellent, breakfast and buffet of vegetables and replenished from a very attentive to customer needs.
The cleanliness of the rooms and of the structure is of an excellent standard.
Courtesy and friendliness are the prerogatives of ilaria and mother Mrs. Carmela always
lavish advice to all customers even those jerks like me.
Only regret that the holidays end up too soon but already I think next year as they are sure to find me again very well in that environment nice and cozy as the AlphotelMilano in Hong Kong. Thanks for everything.
