The truth is that I have been traveling all over Sicily and what is the concept of service and tourism do not have it very clear. It cannot be compared with Spain because they lack a lot among other things is the good service and the search for customer satisfaction. This 4-star hotel is to the Italian, charge the maximum to grant the minimum and you must be claiming towels, slippers, shower gel and other services that must be given in what we understand in four stars. For everything they are stressed and it must be that that is why they forget to give you what you ask for, because otherwise I do not explain it. The shower opens on the outside the screen but if you lock yourself in… Oh! you feel, because you can't open it inside, not to mention that the water escapes from the shower… we'll see how our instance continues because we just got that we'll get breakfast?

I was on a trip in eighth grade, and if I have to tell the truth I haven't had an exceptional experience. The hair dryer didn't work well, the décor not the best (same thing the food) but the worst thing was the sometimes very rude staff (the supervisor would come in every hour to check if there were people even under the bed) the only thing I really liked was breakfast.

Hotel located in the center of the city, modern and comfortable. Very close to the train station, the old town and the bus station.

Quiet and clean hotel. Small works of paintings will be well in the bathrooms. The staff are nice and attentive. Breakfast is well stocked. Wi-Fi is not very stable.

A Stone's throw from the train station and close to the sea.
Spacious rooms, well ventilated and extremely comfortable mattresses.
The bathrooms could be better finished and the breakfast could be much improved both for assortment and for quality.
At all levels, great courtesy, helpfulness and kindness of all the staff.

Business trip. Good breakfast and quiet at 5 minutes from the old town.

I was put on the 5th floor. Terrible. In the room I found a lock of hair in the corner, the Wi-Fi does not take, the curtains to obscure the windows have holes, the "TV" is cathode-ray tube and the only socket is located in the bathroom. Dinner was bland but the portions plentiful. Breakfast is the only decent thing (although quite poor choice)

Nice, clean and staff is friendly and English speaking. The breakfast buffet is nice too.

Staff friendliest to the requests of the customers. The room was very good and the staff were very nice. Good sound insulation from outside noise including the train station in front.

Hotel in the central area of Trapani. The structure is recent and is located in front of the central station of Trapani. The rooms are quite manicured (would need a renovation of the curtains) and clean. The structure is not equipped with rooms or places suitable for smokers. It does not have a restaurant inside but in that area you have a wide choice of locals in the immediate vicinity. It has a garage service to pay and behind reservation (the places are few) but in the square in front is easy to find parking. The breakfast is average: there is the possibility to choose between a sweet and continental breakfast. Very good staff All in all a good hotel.

Great location near the train station in Trapani. Very clean and finely furnished rooms; Friendly and professional staff. Good breakfast. Wi. Fi internet access, fully equipped minibar and TV screen over 32 inches.

Modern hotel, but down at the heels. Wifi didn't work in our room, neither did the A/C. Black mold surrounds the A/C vent anyway, so maybe that was for the best! Great breakfast, friendly staff, but overall disappointing.

It is not all gold that glitters. I don't know where are the photos seen on the web. The reception staff is very friendly, nothing to say. But the hotel, in and of itself, is pitiful. From a 4-star hotel, you expect a lot, starting from the maintenance of the structure. Held badly, stained-glass windows in the lobby, dirty carpets in the rooms years 50 to review. We stayed to the manual opening with the key, the CATHODE ray-TUBE TV with separate decoder (that I worked). The accommodation of the batteries of the remote control sealed with insulation tape. The window panes of the room's scandalously dirty. Sketches on the walls of dubious origin. Not to mention the bathrooms… Mold along the silicone sealing of the bath tub, limestone encrusted on all the taps, the hand control of the discharge route. Cleaning of course is optional. To finish, a view of the train station, saw that the next. We are not there for nothing. The stars have taken the christmas decorations, because the property is worth just one.

Upon landing in Trapani we called the hotel to ask for transport from the airport to the hotel. Vittoria was very kind and patient and in a very short time (for a reasonable small fee) we were picked up by Francesco who was also very polite and explained the main sights of Trapani and recommendations. Perfect start to our holiday. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The location is very central and just a few minutes away from the port, sea side, city centre and bus terminus. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast offers an excellent selection and fresh food and coffee. The staff was very attentive and polite. We would like to thank all the staff for their recommendations, patience and kindness, especially Vittoria, Cristina and Francesco. We felt very welcomed. Highly recommended.

Rooms are fantastic, as is the breakfast and service with a convenient location.

When I checked in the AC was not working, the toilet seat was broken and the room is musty smelling and not well lit. Also the Wi-Fi does not work will above the lobby.

I just spent a night in this neglected hotel included in the Tour Jolly in Sicily, without hot water, with rooms and common places damaged and not very clean (glasses of the windows of the rooms were so dirty that we thought had dawned with mist). The worst restaurant, with a frankly unfriendly staff and that it took to comply with the dinner service from 20 pm to 23 and skipped the dessert midway through Diners, would never even on my own, Ah, forgot it, automatic opening access door was not working (indicated by a pequenito poster from the outside) and perhaps how the staff stated it It was thus two weeks, don't go.
