Permanently filthy and foul-smelling rat-food, stomachingly and sickening. It detects the copious presence of hairs/hair inside the dishes, and of repulses insects inside the houses.
The cutlery in the sudiciate dissolve in a short time the appetite of the patrons, already disgusted because of the broken and messy latrines.
It shows the total inettitude of the "personal" that seems to ignore demands as pressing as urgent, such as to repair a flush. What is more, the fault of this fault is attributed to the customer, and the devious and fecal proprietors of it are even requiring an additional payment.
To conclude there is the presence of aggressive dogs and carriers of diseases in free circulation, and coffee confused with water lurid.

The first star I give you for the beautiful view that you can admire from the complex.
The second I give to the availability of the staff.
But the other three are missing for various reasons.
First of all the food, certainly not of excellent quality and served in non-clean crockery.
Another reason is related to the services of the room, free of hot water, without toilet paper and from the structure, in itself, abandoned to itself.
Really a shame.
Will I have been there on a school trip?
Will I have been there in the low season?
Basically… Definitely not recommended!

Tucked away in the middle of the countryside, you are accessed by a Sfossata street with only a little visible indication in the evening.

Very cozy then… their sea… what about… a Marvel.

Most total degradation, I went on a trip in May 2017, what about… Rooms dirty, in a room even there was an absorbent used, two of my friends were points everywhere from thousands of mosquitoes, fly in the donut, people who went to drugs and bothered knocking on the windows… If you could give 0 stars, I would.

A star and even less than zero! New Year's Eve 2017 bad dinner, idem lunch, bad organization. Immediately after the toast of the end of the year nothing! Decadent Structure! For dinner and lunch to have a Coca Cola you had to make the request to do not know who!

The place is on the cliff of Terrasini. It's very nice. I'm writing this review on the 8th and 9th of November 2017. I am at a conference of young Christians who are in the company of a sizeable group. The place has 6 buildings of 2 floors, I stay at the building number 5. I had the opportunity to visit only the rooms of this building. The destination of the rooms have a nice panorama inside the hotel, some, especially those on the ground floor, see practically only the garden, only few have the view of the sea. There are also suitable rooms for the disabled. In General all the rooms are quite amplie, there is also the possibility to have adjoining rooms. The rooms are equipped, but the minibar is missing, which can be installed on request, and the safe. There is a hairdryer and a flat screen telly. There is plenty of towels and everything you need for hygiene. The place deserves 5 stars but I do not give because it is a bit ' outdated, would need a nice modernization. I know they have a pool (personally I didn't see it), there is no beach but a nice cliff. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The dinner was exquisite, the service impeccable, the room very gtande with a beautiful view of the sea. They have a small amphitheatre and underneath it the conference room, very wide and spacious. It's worth spending a week's rest in this place.

The hotel is very nice and the beach is very good.

Very far from town, 5.3 km to the nearest shop, but it is not possible to walk on foot as there is a motorway. There are no shops in the hotel itself, the café is a meager choice. Chlorine in the pool, and the only Pojazh is closed. The old central air conditioner noise incredibly.

All deficient and lacking any necessary service the view is charming but the organizational structure is seriously flawed not to mention the rooms without air conditioning is now essential in Sicily when they reach summer temperatures, not to mention the maintenance and cleaning of Treasury totally lacking.

Luogo spendido, dove la natura ha dato il meglio di se… il personale cordiale e disponibile e si mangia bene. Andrebbero rinnovati gli arredamenti delle camere. Nel complesso il relax é assicurato.

The first was faultless, the guys who give the soul from morning till night.
The second would require some changes.

I was there on a school trip and I tried the rooms with three stars for the hotel.
Cleanliness is bad is almost non-existent (of my mates have found insects and spiders). Windows very old and dusty, with no curtains. The crazy thing is that the sheets were not changed but merely placed in bed. There are showers but tanks with a bit of rust covered by teppetini. Furthermore the rooms are without air conditioners or heaters. Also there are many medicines for medical accidents (one disinfectant). But there is a great staff friendly and personable that tries to satisfy you in every way and to help. The structure on the outside is great and in good condition but the rooms are too dated. The restaurant is good and professional waiters. There are many recreational facilities like the swimming pool, the tennis court and football pitch. The lobby is beautiful and offers a bar munitissimo, a ping pong table with their rackets and ball, a piano and comfortable armchairs and sofas.

Beautiful we go every summer. Exceptional.

The rooms visible in brochures are all quite pleasing and this was decisive in choosing this facility to spend new year's Eve. Disappointment on arrival I was given a room with a small bed (double) placed crosswise, one nightstand one lamp and a tiny window with a view "campaign" for lack of space, the room is no more than 12 sqm. At this point I decide to go away the next day, but since many people had gone away giono1 as a result of my complaints I was replaced with a decent.

My family and I celebrated our 20 year wedding anniversary at this beautiful property like twenty years ago:
charming place ideal for those seeking relaxation and fun.
Staff very helpful and friendly, competent and nice animation.
