➜ Now it is a fixed destination when I go to reserve great location great service and sympathy of the employees and kindness a greeting in general to all of you and to the Management Mr. Piero.
➜ I waited a while before doing this review to avoid being unfair… We stayed for a week at this hotel in the middle of summer. The day after our arrival the municipality had planned works for which it left half a country without water and light (including the hotel). Here, the staff, in my opinion, was a little inadequate and approximate by not providing the right information, indeed hiding the fact that the situation would last the whole day.
We were told the breakfast would be artisanal… mace. The croissants bought somewhere had a very annoying icing on the surface that stuck to the fingers and then the tart was of those packaged. The fruit was fresh but the coffee 90% of the time it was burned.
The cleanliness of the rooms was partial. The bathroom was cleaned every day, except the edge of the shower which in 7 days turned black. The tables in the room as well as the nightstands were not even touched. The bed was changed at the 5th or 6th day.
Another thing, unbearable to me, were the deodorants scattered around the hotel that had the clear intent to smell excessively, hiding all the other smells.
In conclusion, I think we need to review the reception. This review is only intended to encourage the owner and those who have to train the people who work there to maintain the standard of the stars they own. There's still a lot of work to be done.
