Professionalism and availability of the staff excellent location.

Nice and comfortable place, helpful staff, large parking place and close to the sea.

The kitchen… we spent new Year's Eve was really a huge disappointment to eat frozen fish that smelled of poor organization ammonia even as animation.

Not so much service but the place is nice.

Nice rooms, comfortable and comfortable, modern area. Surface cleaning, therefore to be improved. Breakfast quite poor and repetitive, not rich, I recommend more fruits and sweets. Staff basically kind but inflexible. We had a little problem in the room with the TV (missing the adapter) which was only fixed after a while.

It is ok service, typical 3 star hotel.

We spent a week in July here, the hotel is relatively clean and staff on front desk are friendly and most of them speak English… Breakfast wasn't very exciting, cheese and hams with some bread I didn't really like the machine coffee, but you can order from the bar if you wanted to… There was limited selection of juices Location of the hotel is very good, but I'd recommend hiring a car, bearing in mind there is a ZTL (low emission zone) in town that you can only pay in advance, or pay the fine! We were bitten a couple of times while sleeping but that could have been ants rather than cleanliness. One thing though, they don't have irons to use.

I was in this facility enjoying the room on the ground floor at a graduation party! Great food and table service on time and discreet. Nice place and nice atmosphere thanks to the small outdoor space adjacent to the room. It was definitely a pleasant evening.

There are many things which are positive about this place, like connectivity with the bus, location is by the sea etc. But the rooms (delux) are too small while standard rooms were bigger, either the nomenclature was something which was differently used or we we're mistaken, I don't know, any ways, we shifted to the standard and it was spacious and better than the delux, food is below average, breakfast is below average.

Great for all kind clean great breakfasts Clean baths and the staff is outstanding friendly and ready to help in everything you need. If I go back to Palermo I come back here. The restaurant Villa d'Amato is great indeed super. Great fish dishes and local specialties and things produced by the owner's farm surrounded by so much friendliness and staff availability. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back. Super 5 stars.

The hotel is located remotely from the centre of Palermo. Internal parking. There is no sea view from the ground floor. Rooms with windows on the street-uncomfortable, because of the constant traffic. On the beach do not count-the hotel rocks, and the public beach is very dirty. In the courtyard there is a banquet hall, where events are often held – peace and quiet can be dreamed of.

Hotel easily reachable by car with private parking and close to the center of Palermo thanks to public transport or the shuttle made available for guests.

The hotel is easily reachable, inside parking. Spacious room. Tiny toilet, with small shower entrance. In the room where I stayed the cleaning was forgotten. Heaps of dust under the bed, finger of dust on the furniture and stained towels.

Ci sono stato per ricevimento. Location tranquilla sale adeguatamente ampie ma servizio molto… in affanno. Non credo ci tornerei.

Hotel close to the center of Palermo, easily reachable with a good restaurant, ample parking and large garden at the back. Good breakfast, good Wi-Fi. Sore point is that half hotel has been renovated and half no (a few tens of euros difference in the price of the rooms). Available staff and rooms facing via Messina Marine a little problematic for heavy traffic, buses, motorcycles, walking balers that pass the road from 6 to 24 every day.

Other than what is shown in the picture. Room with low roof, damp, not bright, bathroom drains malfunctioning with need to wait to run the water.

The rooms of the other members of the group were totally different. We were unlucky but you should standardize on the standard of the hotel. Discreet position and distance from points of interest.

Perfect room, plentiful breakfasts although the coffee especially in the cappuccino is not very good. Reception staff very helpful. Place where the Hotel is located very nice thanks to the presence of the sea, which is possible to walk within a minute.

Very beautiful hotel. The rooms are very clean and modern. Intercontinental breakfast, lunch and dinner are one of the best in Palermo. Fantastic view from the rooms to the sea. Secure parking place with enough space for everybody. We enjoyed this hotel and wish the owner Marco all the best for the future.

The place presents itself enough elderly both in the furniture and in the structure itself. The cleanliness of the rooms is not the best and the value for money in relation to the location is not the best. Mean.

Not very good view in the deluxe room with sea view, especially in the low floors. Wifi is not working in the new wing where our room is. Noisy insulation is poor, hear everything from corridor and upstairs, which is terrible. On the plus side, room is spacious and nice. Friendly service. Great to have off street secured car park. Nice to have breakfast included.

Logistically perfect place, a 5-minute drive from the centre of Palermo and 20 minutes from the beaches of Mondello or Bagheria, convenient for the large parking lot and especially rooms equipped with every comfort (fridge, air conditioning, and large bathroom, at least in mine, that really me they did stand like a pasha), a 3-star tending to a 4. But the real strength, in my humble opinion, is the quality of the staff, kind, courteous, helpful and prepared, starting with Marco, the manager, to end up at the cleaning girls, always smiling and courteous. I think a hotel can be beautiful, luxurious, comfortable and all the beautiful things in the world, but in the end the difference makes the staff and those who put their heart into working. In my little one I can only say that I found myself more than good and that if one day for various reasons I will have to return to Palermo (which is very likely), I hope there is a free room because it will be my first choice to stay. For me, personally, fantastic overall.

Location close to the center, secure parking. Flat, the old part, of the dilapidated rooms, but it's clean, and some rooms host a family of 4!

Great little hotel room to setup base camp while you are in Paleramo.

The room itself was nice but the Wi-Fi wasn't working, neither the air conditioning. During my one night stay the hotel was hosting a birthday party that blasted high volume music until past midnight. I don't know how often this happen but apparently it can happen.

I dined there for in corporate meeting, but I was pretty disappointed.
