Very nice hotel. Good service, pleasant straff. Minus for the strange keycards, it was kind of difficult to open my door, every time. Small but sufficient breakfast, it was no problem getting a gluten free option. Nice, light rooms, felt high class. A bit noisy from the street outside.

Great hotel near the old town with a nice sun terrace. Unfortunately the view from the room was a horrible building. Breakfast does not know 4 stars. Variety on embarrassing salty and sweet nothing exceptional.

Good hotel in the center of Palermo. Very clean rooms, the single quite comfortable, rich breakfast and good quality. To be taken into account for quick business stays.

When you check out they charge you drinks that you don't consume. Maybe the beer drinks the waitress on the sixth floor and the alarm clock is 10 minutes late.

The property is very well taken care of in detail, really very cozy and cleanliness is its forte. In my opinion one of the best hotel facilities in Palermo.

The room is clean wooden floor so no stuffy smell. Helpful staff Mr. Joshua Melia helped arranged the doctor to come see my sick mother and even got managed to get the hot soup and toasted very delicious bread for us. Thank you.

I was 5 nights great. The staff at the reception (Francesco & Signora) are available and ready to meet any information request (kindness is their virtue). Rooms clean and always in order. Central location for both walking and city bus services. If we really want a note not * *… The breakfast staff should be more welcoming… Good morning you also see from a smile.

Very nice & friendly people! The hotel & the room were clean. Too bad that on hot days the airco stops working when you the leave the room. The hotel has a parking for €15/night, very small parking space somewhere under the ground between everything, big cars can get stuck. Breakfast was perfect, friendly guy and cozy space.

For business I always choose to stay at this hotel which I find very convenient and clean. Breakfast was good. Very friendly staff and perfect location to visit Palermo. The stop to and from the airport is twenty meters.

Hotel Plaza Opera made a perfect base for our first four nights of a two week holiday in Sicily. Conveniently situated near the landmark Teatro Politeama Garibaldi we were able to tour the vibrant city and return with ease to the comfortable, clean and modern hotel. The buffet breakfast was fresh, tasty and plentiful. The staff were extremely efficient, courteous and friendly. Thank you.

All in all, this is a nice hotel. The bathrooms are spacious for Italy, and the beds are quite comfortable. There a couple of areas that need improvement, however. First, the charge for internet is ridiculous. I would rather be charged extra for the room that have to pay for time on the internet. I don't remember all the rates, but 24 hours of internet was 10 euro. That's not a huge amount of money, but I had two rooms and four people with me. Only one person can be on the internet at once, so that left us sharing user IDs and passwords. The reception staff was kind enough to give me a 4 hour internet pass, so that meant that we had two user IDs and passwords. This made it easier to manage, but I don't want to have to manage internet when I'm on vacation. I want to just get on the internet when I need to do so. One other sticking point was the staff at breakfast. As I said, we had two room and four guests. We ordered a total of four cappucinos at breakfast and the staff member asked me for my room number like he was going to charge me. I think not! I pushed back on it and he relented. It was a bit ridiculous. The following morning, there was a different man there along with a female server. The female server was very nice, but the man hovered over us watching each thing we took from the breakfast bar. If you don't trust people to eat breakfast without someone hovering over them, then don't offer breakfast.

The stay was nice, but I am disturbed by the fact that the internet is subject to charges and even at high prices. Now most hotels offer it for free.

Bad air conditioning system!

Splendid. I had the good fortune of staying in a suite for the depletion of double object of my reservation. Return is imperative hoping not to have to change his mind and stay in a normal room.
