Big and clean room (it is like a bubgaloo). The place is very beautiful. It is far from the centre of Noto but I already knew it when I booked it. Very good breakfast.
➜ We didn't like anything about staying at this bed and breakfast. Me, wife and baby arrive at 12 o'clock. 30 as agreed by email. I then intercom at the entrance gate but no one answers. We managed to get in after half an hour just because other guests of the property were coming out. The room was dirty and lacked the courtesy set in the bathroom. Toilet paper was already in use.
The pool is there but you can never use it because a large portion is 4 meters deep and is reserved for diving courses. Fraud! Then don't write that there's a pool.
Breakfast was terrible. There was virtually nothing to eat. Insisting several times with a lady we managed to get us to bring the coffees. 9 a. M. 00 the croissants had not yet arrived. To say of the owner because they come fresh from a local pastry shop. Confident, we await the delivery of the famous fresh croissants that finally arrive at 9 o'clock. 20. They were not fresh at all, they were as hard as stone and the amount was limited to only one croissant per guest. They ordered the counted goods based on the number of guests.
Wi-Fi is not available unlike what is written in the description.
Dulcis in fundo, after returning to the room from breakfast we found two lizards above the bed. We literally escaped from the facility myself, my wife and the baby.
I am one who travels often booking with Booking but I had never experienced such a thing.

He didn't make a good impression.
We also expected soap etc in the room (in all b&b, hotel there are always these things) but it wasn't there.
Breakfast quite poor.
The wonderful and nice owner, the rest of the staff disliked.
