Great place to relax with your family, have fun and enjoy great dishes. Excellent staff, fun animation. I recommend it.

A really horrible, dirty place, with cockroaches in the room. The food is really dirty we did 5 days with continuous stomach ache, vomiting and discharges, poor and unqualified staff. They put 4 stars but we are not even at a star. However, they are to be denounced. Absolutely disadvigated.

Helpful, friendly staff. Cleanliness exquisite food. What about we were so satisfied in everything to have been there for the first time.

Very polite and helpful room staff, excellent room cleanliness, kind and friendly shuttle driver, the beach lifeguard very IRASCIBLE. Animation: staff affected by COVID therefore non-existent The first three days, The substitutes: very good the head animator and the rest of the staff "arranged". Unfortunately the fault is not of the boys but of the bad management of the structure. For almost two years now of COVID they have to take into account such problems and remedy them as soon as possible because we customers pay handsomely for the service in full. Global management rating 1 out of 5. The rest 5 out of 5 because they gave the maximum of their capacity.

Beautiful holiday, great location, always clean rooms, great and varied food and all the courteous staff available and very professional also the excellent animation composed of kind, professional and discreet guys. A village to return to us willingly and to recommend.

Fantastic good sea place, super good catering and bar with attentive and helpful staff. Excellent animation with good and professional girls/i. The head of animation (Manuel) is a sociable and very nice person in synergy with his group. Beautiful holiday and thanks to all the staff.

Amazing sea point with natural pools and shallow water perfect for children, fabulous food… Well-deserved compliments to the chef and the room staff! In general very courteous and helpful staff, engaging animation, relaxing atmosphere… Highly recommended!

Air conditioning system to be scrapped, room service do not know what it is, poor food, non-existent animation, super expensive supplements, in a nutshell bad.

Top entertainment, great beach, good food. Despite some drawbacks, management has been very willing to solve the problems that have arisen. Good room cleaning, recommended. Stephan and Natalie lead the whole thing with professionalism and sympathy, they deserve the Oscar!

Second experience in Veratour village.
After the first holiday a few years ago almost perfect in Crete, we decided to repeat but to stay in Italy since we are parents of a 15-month-old girl.
Where to start. Nothing to say about the staff (animators, waiters and staff in general) who, despite the young age of almost all the boys proved always kind, funny, helpful and never intrusive. The problem is the management of the village. I do not understand how he could have got the 4 stars! rooms with cobwebs, ants and mosquitoes. Despite the presence of an area used for performances and music reasonably far from the rooms, despite knowing that it has in the property numerous families with newborns housed in poolside rooms, right in the area adjacent to the rooms, every evening from 11 p. M. 00 until late midnight was held pianobar with very high volume that would not allow us to sleep until the end of the music.
At our request for explanations we were told that we had to adapt to village life.
Food not up to a four star… there were many cases of gastroenteritis in the week in which we stayed (26/8-02/9), including my husband.
Nothing to say about the pool, always clean and in very good condition. Very efficient connection to the beach by shuttle, where however there was a really little provided bar for a four-star property.
Well-organized excursions, with reasonable costs and pleasant guides.

I stayed at this property exactly from Sunday 26 to today 2 ssttembre. First experience in Sicily, very nice place but the property unfortunately disappointed me especially because it didn't cost us little, I expected something more. Poorly organized excursions and nothing related to the sea apart from a dinghy that worked only x two days, falling structure, the food discreetly good even if the fish was cooked together with meat, scruffy rooms and full of mosquitoes that I miss in Milan I have never seen so many but the thing that struck me the most is that about 20/30 people have been sick with dysentery, fever vomiting x food. THE FOOD! we are in Italy, not abroad!
Donnalucata, you have to improve a lot otherwise lower the prices.

A nice place in an area of Sicily still a bit wild… Very nice staff, yummy food and cleanliness. What more do you want? W Sicily!

A nightmare week with Veraclub… They did not comply with the reports for the type of room, the restaurant room since it had rained was flooded with real waterfalls of water from the roof, the beach remained unusable and under seizure for 2 days, the alternative offered at 14 km (half an hour of travel) with a pulmann every now and then on on a busy beach and not in line with what paid (no front row, no nautical services, no all inclusive, no possible expenses on the room) and lastly after reporting the incident to Veratour not even veraclub's apology let alone a refund. Money wasted for bad memories and a cross on Veraclub just disappointing.

The property is definitely not worth the price you pay. To be a real tour village I expected much more. The spaces around the pool should be a bit more manicured. Great staff and animation guys.

The hotel was nice and clean
Good animation, especially that intended for children. The chief animation Dario a little too self-centered because he did not leave room for younger children, sometimes touching the evil education.
The most painful note of the holiday is undoubtedly the food, in fact, although varied was at the canteen level.
If someone thinks to go to Sicily and to eat well and especially Sicilian is not the right place.

Overall a more than positive judgement, it certainly serves a bit of "running-in" for the young staff of the room, and for some of the animation…
However I reiterate the initial judgement, also supported by the excellent and abundant food… And the tranquility of the place.

I just spent a week at this resort, beautiful location, always kind and smiling staff, always ate great, Saturday dinner was a great thing! The entertainment staff always kind, never intrusive, very good, congratulations at all!

We thank all the staff of Veratour/Veraclub Donnalucata, very welcoming, great food, location, and size of the pool ok! Clear and clean sea, the beach sometimes is affected by the influence of winds and currents that lead to the shore algae. Personally I like the look of nature and the wild…

It is absolutely not a 4-star village but from 3 especially x rooms … nn are all the same there are also the miserable ones and what about those with the railing lying at the window that you can look at nothing I called the chamber of inmates… they looked like cells and without thinking twice assigned to couples with children but we're kidding? After a year of sacrifices finally comes your long-awaited holiday and you find yourself in a cell? I x luck nn l I had but nn I was not even happy with my room xke I had to be careful to look at it xke it was like living all together I in their place or I asked for another room or I ran away a council or eliminated these cell rooms or nn assigned them to f Amias with kids then x the rest good food and cute animation … take off 1 star and nn you'll have more complaints xke the 4 star or 5 is a whole other thing.

Ideal location for families with children whose animators take exceptional care from early morning to late evening.
Spacious rooms with large terrace.
Kitchen with a wide selection of dishes to suit all tastes. It will not be a gourmet restaurant, but that's considered the variety and value for money. Wine and water at will and always from the bottle.
Major cleaning in all environments.
Prices of indoor bars and mini bar really low, if compared with those of similar structures or even lower.
Very nice beach with continuous shuttle (although the walking distance is about 700 m).
Staff polite, friendly and very helpful.
Noninvasive and pleasant animation in his performances.
Invigorating massage Center, thanks to Golden hands of joy and of his colleague.
Daily trips organized by Lucia with support of guides prepared and extremely available. Evening shuttles to nearby places, which make it virtually useless car hire (which I did, using it only for moving to and from the airport of Catania).
For lovers of Baroque is considered an ideal solution to easily reach all the most significant.
