Wonderful hospitality, the staff really nice and helpful. The structure, 30 years, renovated, located in the city centre, well served by public transport, the rooms clean and quiet, but what's really nice is that the staff leaves you free access to the part where the morning held breakfast, so that guests staying at any time can relax with a cup of tea and tasting their fantastic cakes. Beautiful place I highly recommend it.

Modern and manicured rooms, the B&B is located on the second floor without lift, the breakfast is the only drawback, poorly cared for and with little choice, I recommend for a short stop for the very central location and in the area is easy to find parking.

Hotel located at two steps from the entrance of Messina Boccetta, comfortable parking either in front of the structure or in the adjacent crossbar! The easily discoverable B&B is located in an ancient baronial mansion placed on the second floor without elevator! Nice and helpful owners, clean rooms, spacious and modern in style, with bathroom even with hydro massage shower! Breakfast is very good The Straconsiglio.

Very good and cheap at walking distance from the center. I used a room with a sauna included. Exquisite staff. Some difficulty of parking on Viale Boccetta. Second floor without elevator but well worth it. Very comfortable bed and very clean.

No parking, very noisy area. Lack of cleanliness. Also the guests in the other rooms were very noisy.

Ospite per una notte, tutto perfetto, camera e bagno spaziosi e puliti, ho trovato facilmente il parcheggio gratuito, buona la colazione solo dolce. Frigo in camera, consigliato.

Very comfortable rooms. Also very clean and quiet. Convenient location. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Owner Claudio was very helpful; answered a ton of emails and made various arrangements for us. I would definitely stay here again.

In a city always kinda sleepy and chaotic traffic, this place becomes a great retreat. Smiling, hospitable, clean space.
