After waiting a year x spend a few days in Holy Peace, it was instead an INCUBO.
Directions x find the structure non-existent there is only one almost attached to the resort but x find it a historical feat.
The reception is great, very friendly staff but, poor people, embarrassed to answer certain questions or solve certain requests.
Arrived in the room A DISASTRO, dirty room with hair for everything (in the bathroom in the sink, in the sheets and x earth near the bedside tables) dust under the beds and wooden steps existing in the room as well as the plaster that crumbles from the ceiling. The smell of mold is nauseating as well as x the cupboards.
Television in addition to being small has a very low volume tone and takes only 5 channels (to the question asked at the reception x solve the problem the attendant, poor and kind, nodded without giving any answer but just saying the area is not covered signal).
Good air conditioning.
Wi-Fi A S S And N T E as well as the cellular x signal. There is a Wi-Fi at the bar that practically does not work. You are isolated from the world.

It eats well, great welcome from the staff and the animation. Too bad that Wi-Fi is only in the bar area and not in other areas.

Hotel with a beautiful setting (perfect for people who love nature) but beautiful setting — away from everything (trades, etc. ) so to move two solutions: excursions or car hire.
Small downside in low season (May and early June), the excursions offered by the hotel can not take place (lack of guests). That's the only big negative we've seen.
Otherwise restaurant / perfect buffet (typical meal, seasonal fruits and vegetables …), beach with beautiful sun lounger, smiling bar staff / helpful, smiling, dynamic and friendly animation team that sets the mood. And we were also lucky enough to have a Heliad representative available, helpful, smiling, good advice and who adapts to the clientele. He does everything he can to satisfy us so PARFAIT!

Nice place with many potential, but it is badly exploited. There are many gaps starting from the rooms to me it happened a bad smell, although I can not say anything about cleanliness; The reception was approximate the directions to reach the room non-existent; The food, for a 4 star accommodation is nothing short of ridiculous, of course all buffet, but very poor and if you did not go at the beginning of lunch or dinner you could not find anything and in addition my wife is celiac and even though we had advised of the problem, they didn't care to make her anything gluten-free, the only thing they could do is give her a expired muffin for breakfast. Cmq on the other hand there is a beautiful sea even if the water is a bit cold and for those who do not want to get dirty sand There is a nice pool. Good entertainment for both children and adults. Comfortable enough. Very nice equipped beach with shuttle service is Beach bar. Small general flaws But just good value for money. You eat discreetly well.

Still unorganized at 100 percent. Club Thermomix nn working very scarce. Food good enough. Poor animation. Animators along with TT the staff super nice.

Ottima struttura a pochi metri dal mare bandiera blu, camere moderne e spaziose, ottimo ristorante, accoglienza, pulizie, e servizi. Adatto alle famiglie.

I've been practicing this beach since I was 8. Although it is from Palermo 92 km every Sunday I go. The beach is huge and suitable for everyone, both to relax and to play and have fun. When the sunset falls it creates a romantic and relaxing atmosphere. Don't miss this beach.

Beautiful place to spend a week in company. There are so many activities and you eat constantly! The pool is very nice and there is a shuttle that takes you up to the beach very clean although not very equipped. The rooms are normal and large with a large living room.

Blue Flag Beach? No… Trash everywhere.

I am sitting in front of the Bar of the “All-Inclusive” Melfi Beach Resort, listening to three radio stations at once and sipping on my overpriced €3, 50 beer. The babypool has just been drained because kids came out of it with bloody feet the last couple of days. In one and a half hours it is dinner time and I still feel nauseas from lunch. When they say, “All-Inclusive” — according to V. From Reception, only the room and the food is included — “nothing more”. Once you check into the resort, you have to pay an obligatory fee for the Animation, the use of the pool and the right to their “free beach”. This obligatory fee sums up to be €5 per person, per day plus €1, 50 per person/day taxes. Everything else — NOT included. The Food: The quality of the food is quite horrid. Left overs will be served for a couple of days. The Location: This place is completely deserted. A trip to the nearest Mall will cost you €70. The beach is further than 500 meters and even though they offer a shuttle service, you will have to walk at least 200 meters. The Pool: We absolutely love their pool. It offers enough room for everyone, the depth is appropriate and the water is warm (June) and clean. On the other hand, the baby pool has proven to be brutal in the last few days. Many kids (incl. Our son) left it with bloody feet. Kids Pool was drained and "fixed" after 3 days of injuries but no one is sending their kids there.

Make many km and pay a lot of money to enjoy a good holiday at this resort do not recommend it. One for eating that is not of great satisfaction, both with regard to the distance from the village to the sea, horrible looking like a shuttle van of bricklayers who go to work, the beach bar is far from posting umbrellas, pool not too big, the only good thing is the sea. I am very disappointed being a four star hotel. The animators are the only thing that's so great. To also add soccer horrible without the perimeter network security, green and poorly edited too much weed, I mean from two stars.

We spent four days beautiful.
Welcoming staff, entertainment great guys. Chef cuisine.
Surely we will do a few more days.

Pleasant experience but there are a couple of things to fix … 1) find a solution in the restaurant so that it does not come the flies. 2) boost the Wi-Fi. 3) clean the slime that is there at the entrance to the beach because it's unwatchable. 4) the shuttle to change because it looks like a van carrying construction material x. Thanks to the kindness of the animators of the OCEAN STAFF we had some pleasant days otherwise we would be bored to death …

We stayed at this resort in August 2015 … it would be a nice place but it is handled badly, with rude staff both at reception and in the restaurant.
The first night we slept in 3 double beds because they forgot to put my son's bed sheets.
for 10 days we only had cold water showers … and having children went several times to complain to the front desk … to no avail.
often in the restaurant we had to set the table alone and often felt the chefs that this or that dish were finished!
not to mention the dirty floor in the restaurant.
You couldn't get within the village by car, not even to load your bags … but there was a lot of coming and going of cars!
on the evening of August at the restaurant was a delirium … I traveled a lot but I've never had!
Although there was a large beach umbrellas were all stuck … so much so that in the second and third row could not sunbathe … but the shadow!
the only thing that worked was the shuttle … the drivers were really friendly.
Very nice sea and walk among olive groves to get to the beach.

Hotel isolated and far from everything, shuttles operate with a minimum of 8 people and the prices are depending on the mood of the moment. The restoration is worthy of a company canteen and don't talk about the all-inclusive, which offers only a choice very limited and of poor quality. This hotel is not suitable to a French customer.
Heliades should stop its collaboration with this institution, its credibility and its image are at stake

I stayed last week with my husband with an organised tour. I had read the reviews before we went and I must say I found exaggerated and overly positive and negative ones.
Despite being a great nice village believe the four are exaggerated. Positive I found the beauty of the place, surrounded by nature with the sea less than a ten minute walk (although make provisions a shuttle), the fact that you cannot take the internet line is true but I consider it a positive thing (is there anyway the wf bar). The rooms are modern and well maintained, big bathroom with comfortable shower. Pretty evening entertainment although devoted primarily to smaller but also fun for adults. Being a large village some rooms are located slightly further away from the main building but it's also nice to walk around a bit. The beach is large and the water is clean. As for the entertainment I found a sufficient variety of dishes to choose from.
There are two things that need to be improved in my opinion: on the beach is missing a small bar/refreshment area with bathroom and shower while at the restaurant, there are two large indoor rooms and two external, should double the distribution points of the food and beverage distributors. This is to avoid long lines and the tiring and going where the customer is obligated.

I think they forgot to put the sign — (minus) in front of the 4 stars! … only positive notes: Federica (BAR) and Anna (SPA). P. S-I was too good! don't go back there ever again …

Unorganized. Both in the dining room or swimming pool poor cuisine. Excellent sea and beach. But only one baby for 800 people … not to go back.

The village lacked a shelter for the Sun but it was brand new and I hope you are equipped.
Little direction and bus line.

Great stay in Sicily and at Memphis.
