Great, clean and very kind staff.

I stayed two nights for work, I found myself well, professsiional and courteous services.
I expected more from breakfast, being a cappuccino lover having to do it with the machine did not satisfy me.

Restaurant menu only 5 choices and small amount compare it with the prize + they charge you for coperto every day €3 each person Air condition not working properly And the worst thing parking in the hotel they charge you €14every day and need leave your car open with keys with the security Nice reception entrance and even staff they can speak English language 100% cleanest hotel.

Nice hotel with some renovated rooms.
The view of the sea and the pool is very beautiful.
But garden side too.
This hotel would need to be renovated for some rooms.
The beds are comfortable and the bathroom ok.
The hall is atypical with several works of art.
The staff is very nice and attentive.
The breakfast is nice and varied in a room with bay window overlooking the pool.
The wooden pontoon with some deckchairs is appreciable.
Descent to the sea thanks to stairs.
We do not have feet but some rocks are almost at sea level.
The pool is nice but too crowded at this time.
I will come back to that.

Great place to stay directly overlooking the sea. Nice shuttle into central Catania everyday but Monday. Great restaurant just across the street with extensive menu. Would recommend a car for most visits. Do not use the Cannizzaro train station. It is mostly deserted, dark and no public transportation.

Fine hotel, although not excellent, uncomfortable and uninteresting location. Decent kitchen, unpleasant and unbearable. Nice staff capable and kind.

Good place and elegant I love it.

Beautiful hotel, like a museum inside. Has indoor gardens, very nice suites, very relaxing spa, but the air conditioning doesn't seem to work at all. I was sweating at dinner, and sweating in my suite. I really expected better when it comes to comfort sleeping in a normal temperature, but it's just so hot, and not even summer time.

It's a nice place, but I was expecting more. They have a good salt swimming pool and a private access to the sea, what is quite convenient, but there are some topics that are strange, like time limit to use the swimming pool, the tennis square and ordering of food in the pool bar. I normally prefer to expend less money and take a well located airbnb in the city centre. After my experience at this place my opinion stays the same. Of course it is a good place to consider in case you are with kids and just want some relaxing days without leaving the hotel. The breakfast is nothing especial.

I am an American who lives and works in Italy. I travel a fair amount for work around Italy. Before moving here I had done a lot of traveling for work in the US. Summary: Rooms ruin the experience. Sad for a premium Sheraton property. + The front desk staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. + The architecture of the lobby is beautiful+ Lots of breakfast options — breakfast staff pointed me to a machine when I asked for a cappuccino. This happened on multiple days. In Italy, the staff usually knows that a request to the waiter means you want a real, hand made cappuccino. Of my 4 days so far, only one cappuccino looked and tasted half decent. — The rooms are OLD. Some have a refurbished bathroom but even those aren't well kept — The rooms are a dirty and dusty mess. You can see the filth build up in the corners of the carpet. — bathrooms… I don't think the bathrooms are ever deep cleaned. There was hair on the shower head and grime on the walls. — A/C in my 4th floor room was not strong enough to compete with the outside heat during the day. It was unable to go below 78 degrees F (best guess)

Amazing staff, not only helpful and open to any requests but really go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Atmosphere and location very relaxing and perfect for a time-out. Good (seafood) restaurants nearby (also in the hotel). Very recommendable.

Day May 24 at 1 p. M. 30 or so my husband and I came to the sheraton to book a spa route to our friends to give him a present. The spa was closed so we politely asked at the reception if you could book from there. The girl who served us was very rude, she didn't want to book the route because according to her considerations it would have been nicer to do it at the spa because they would give us a voucher while they at the reception no. He wanted us to wait an hour and a half there so he could open the spa. Then her older and more experienced colleague arrived and advised her to make the reservation and send the voucher later by email. In all this she was really uneducated downplaying our idea of booking them without voucher and made us waste a lot of time when she after the advice of the colleague took only a few minutes to make the reservation. Years and years of advertising and then being greeted by such rudeness. We won't even come back for a good spa.

The rooms and the view were excellent. The hotel is a bit far away front the city so you need a car to get around easily, the only negative is that the parking at the hotel is quite expensive. The breakfast at the hotel is quite nice and the staff even with their limited English were trying to help when they could. Just outside the hotel there are a number of restaurants that you could walk to so that helps. The restaurant in the hotel is also supposed to be quite good but we always came back quite late. We used Catania as a base during our week long stay in Sicily and went on day trips to Syracuse, Palermo, Taormina, and Mount Etna. This worked out quite well as we could decide each day, depending on the weather, what we can do.

The pictures don't lie. However, the angle was definitely optimised to make it look better. The pool is no infinity pool and the room are older than is might look on the pictures. The staff was nice, but charges for the breakfast (15 euro), parking and pool towels (4 euro) are too high. Also, there is no beach. It's a deck with a ladder to the ocean.

The hotel is located on the coast about a 20 minute drive from the airport and costs about €40 in a taxi. The hotel has a nice pool and a very nice view over the sea. There is also a shuttle into the city centre unless you are content with a nice pool, a great beach and an in hotel art gallery. There is also a nice gym and Spa to keep you occupied. They have a nice contemporary Italian restaurant and a good lobby bar with a Mediterranean atrium. The breakfast buffet is nice and you can sit outdoors and enjoy the sun. The rooms are big, modern and well planned with plenty of space as are the bathrooms. The staff are nice and helpful. Overall a great hotel with a good location and reasonable prices and rates.

There is no denying that the structure even if dated in part, hides a wonderful hotel both in design, in the panorama, in comfort and in the Ultra qualified staff! The client is like at home! Maximum relaxation and professionalism, comfortable beds, breathtaking view, breakfast at the top even for Gluten free! The Straconsiglio.

Staff were lovely, the atmosphere was sleek and modern. There was a lovely pizzeria right across the road for great value and the view up to mt etna and out to the med is unreal.

We chose this hotel as we are SPG members and there aren't many brand chain hotels in Sicily. Secure onsite valet parking under the hotel was useful for us even though it is around €16 a night. The rooms we had were very spacious albeit a bit tired in places. Our biggest disappointment was to discover the hotel doesn't serve any food in the afternoon and early evening, not even room service. You have to wait until dinner which doesn't open till 1930. Travelling with small children made this an issue for us and there was nowhere in the area to eat either. A 4 star brand chain hotel should be able to offer food in the afternoon. I've been here for business reasons. The room that was rented is very wide (600 seats) and the service was impeccable.

Sheraton, in addition to a name is also a guarantee. 24-hour reception with friendly, helpful and obviously multilingual operators. Well cared for and clean, the hotel keeps its charm and its peculiarity. The bar open until late at night has a wide selection of labels. For A Fee, it has 24-hour covered parking. Absolutely not recommended.

I’m arrived here in this evening，And I think it was the best Four points in the world, the experiences even better than lots of 5 star hotel. Also I love the Italian cuisine here, really has high quality. Nice to meet you, Mr. Phil Stern and Catania!

To be a 4 star Hotel I was disappointed a bit the room for the rest you eat well and the staff is friendly!

Excellent accommodation. Very nice and very comfortable. The location is good if you are by car as it is a few kms from the centre of Catania. Beachfront, with beautiful views. They have an exceptional restaurant Il Timo, exquisite gourmet food at very good price and quality attention. The hotel is decorated with works of art and very tasteful. Spacious, equipped rooms with balcony and sea view. It has a tennis court and a spa. Also indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Fabulous breakfast super full. Good value for money.

Beautiful hotel, with private beach.

Next to the beach, it was ok to find a parking on the street, otherwise you have to pay. Rooms are very outdated from 80s, walls are covered with fabric and not clean looking, no vent in the bathrooms, overall cleanness was fair. If you are germofobic, I do not recommend this place.

A nice hotel facing the sea I appreciated the serenity in a winter time but surely it is a purely summer place where there will be nightlife continuously. Close to restaurants and bars to walk a few meters. Inside we ate well with great food… Recommended.

Probably the best hotel in Catania. Great service and reasonably good food in the restaurant (actually hard to get the same thing each other night). People are nice and friendly. Price is a good value for what you get. All is clean and nice.

Everything is perfect, the service is great, the employees are exactly as you would wish. The rooms were however very simple for a hotel of this level.

It's the best hotel in town, however, standard is really low. Dirty, staff did not speak English. Especially the young lady in the stores spa. It took me five iterations to explain the word "money" so I can ask for the price of visiting the sauna (yes the sauna was an additional cost even for hotel guests, never seen such before).

Great Starwood property to call home for a couple weeks. The front desk staff can use a class or three in customer service, but hey maybe it's the culture. Hotel provided easy access to the coastline for relaxing on the deck installed over the rocky shore. There could be more diverse options for breakfast — the breakfast staff was very nice and genuinely didn't mind taking espresso orders.

Great service, friendly people and staff, staff speaks English, in the nicer/cleaner part of Catania, a little remote from shops and hospitals but not an issue if you have transportation, otherwise taxi costs will add up quickly. Great views and private beach access.

The hotel itself is nice, with a good view on the sea, a nice pool and private access to sea. The breakfast buffet isn't the best. Haven't tried the restaurant. The logistics were very frustrating. The hotel is about 15-20mn away from the city center by car. We couldn't rent a car from the hotel because we wanted to drop it off at the Palermo airport, and that wasn't possible. The shuttle service to Catania only starts at 4pm (the check out is at 12pm). We had to rely on public transportation — and the bus was 1hr 30mn late! A terrible experience which must happen every day to tourists there. If you come to the four points in Catania, rent a car from the airport directly!

Overall, very nice… I have been here a couple days now, and, honestly, the only real downside to the hotel was that my room smelled a little bit like smoke, but after a day it was clear… The stay has been very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast in the morning is wonderful, and the staff has been great! The complimentary shuttle into Catania is great and prompt for pickup. The hotel is even close by… Really has been a great stay, I recommend it…

We stayed as foot to shore mid October (2 adults and 2 children) 1 night in this Hotel with breakfast. A very good value for money. The bathroom and the room was clean although it lacks a bit of modernity. If you are not chilly you can enjoy this pool which I find very well maintained.

This hotel is very business orientated not really a holiday place as there is nothing much to do, and no bars or restaurants near by except two across the road. No tea making facilities here mini bar very overpriced, rooms very dated and balconies big enough for 1 chair for a double room. We went for a week and luckily had good weather we were very bored the last two days and glad to go home. Sorry to be negative but it's the truth. The place itself Catania has graffiti on virtually every building and there is dog poo everywhere on all the pavements. All in all not a place we would go back to. Visited Sardinia previous year and loved it.

I've only been in the Spa. Staff very helpful and professional. The Center is kept very clean and well serviced. Great to unwind a bit from everyday life.

Two steps away from Catania is a peaceful place and stocked with all kinds of services. Covered parking. Recommended.

The hotel is on the sea but on the opposite side so it does not enjoy the view except that the restaurant on the top floor. The bathrooms downstairs they make some sewer smell but are kept clean. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable.

I mean, one of the historic hotels of the panorama. Spacious rooms and top service. The prices are aligned to competition but you can often take advantage of promotions, especially if you want to take advantage of the emravigliosa indoor SPA. 12:00 am parking and excellent restaurant.

The hotel is stuck in the 80', outdated interior. Staff seems friendly but don't understand much English. The restaurant's menu is also outdated, we had pasta with sardines, which smelled of rotten fish but had no taste. The pizza Margherita was a slab of hard dough with some watery tasteless "tomato sauce" and mozzarella that wasn't even half melted. Some of the worst food we ever had anywhere.

A pleasant hotel, needs refurbishment, staff very pleasant, Wi-Fi not very good. Good Shuttle bus to town, overall a nice stay.

Very disorganized no management presence very poor internet. Great local restaurants close by.

I cant believe my mobile internets better than their Wi-Fi. Im getting a little tired of not getting proper internet at sheratons.
