Really a shame. The property overall is beautiful but does not deserve the 4 stars: we stayed in a suite "The nests", in the bathroom lacks the shower box in its place there is a curtain, lacks the bidet, however there is the hot tub in the terrace, the bathroom window did not close well. The food I didn't like, often the fish wasn't fresh and the flavors were risky and the use of spices didn't give the desired results. Even the garden surrounding the property was unkempt. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The cost of drinks and all the products of the bar are prohibitive, 50 cents for a glass of water!
Summing up we paid a lot of money to remain overall dissatisfied.

Nice property without any doubt, the rooms are actually spacious and there is no lack of housekeeping that I enjoyed. Average restaurant, does not excel but the offer was varied. The staff is quite friendly and ready, always smiling, same thing for animation although for children it would be better to raise the bar. Great flaw that brings to 3 stars is the cost of drinks, almost prohibitive, attention to the formula to choose for the stay.

Another great stay at HF, where you can totally relax and enjoy the great services provided by dedicated staff.
Also great for gluten free diet, with good options provided and your concerns looked after so you can feel reassured and get on with having fun. Always a big hit with the family, we love it. See you all again soon. Mille Grazie! x.

Possibly it is an ok place for italians. If you come from abroad not the best place where to spend your holidays. In my opinion is not a 4 stars hotel as it lacks basic services. They don’t have vegetarian or vegan menu. Actually I believe I think in Italy they are not aware of vegetarians or similar. They don’t have recreational areas for kids. Other than a bar there is literally nothing. Animation is a joke with teenagers ‘pretending’ to entertain you. Extremely slow and disorganised in everything they do (A dinner can take up to 2 hours). They offer free Wi-Fi with a ghost signal. Never been able to use it in any area. Personally I will never come to this hotel nor I will use sardatur. I’d never recommend this place to anyone not local. Be prepared ti get bored.

Hotel Flamingo resort is a partner hotel with three star Mare Pineta which is nearby. They offer several types of accomodation, starting from standard rooms up to suites. The stay can be booked with half board, the dinner is served alla carta. They have large swimming pool, the beach is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. It is build on the beach, so you can reach the sea within few minutes of walk.

Very poor room was sad nice view of the beach food was ok not worth the money we paid the campsite over the do great pizzas the beer and water are cheaper than the hotels.

The location is awesome. Services good too. Evenings are vibrant. Far from township.

The Flamingo hotel is located about 1 km from Pula (CA), and accesses the hotel from Flumendosa Street. The hotel overlooks the sea directly and also has a large swimming pool. The property is equipped with many rooms, which are recently renovated. The dinner I attended was of excellent quality, a lot of choice between the sea and meat appetizers served. The first was a hacksaw with lobster and the second an interesting fillet of sea bass wrapped in bacon. The stay the next day was pleasant and relaxing, just what you would expect in a similar place.

Hotel Flamingo is 4 stars and it is great. Beach front outside and breakfast is decent. Much better than mare pineta which is down the road.

Room not worthy of being part of a resort 4 *
Air conditioning not working, ants walking all over, cold, water shower that flooded half the bathroom, divavo stained and dirty, I have not even dared to sit. Location Beach Pool Restaurant OK. Just enough sea.

High prices x dirty rooms, mosquitoes, cockroaches etc… Bad food 5 first garlic pennette and oil pennette al pesto
Pennette carbonara amatriciana Pennette and Pennette I do not remember… 5 days of accommodation were not able to intervene in a failure of the TOILET drain where it continued to go down continuously… The Spa l We only view on the site as well as the gym and their fantastic restaurant wild… But no one tells you anything that still is all closed for the low season… The hell I was going to book otherwise. Only positive note the outdoor pool clean large and well located beachfront. So at the flamingo we were like two flamingos stuck in the mud. To never again thank you very much.

Staff very friendly, but slightly stressed and overwhelmed in the evening. Location of the hotel very nice, but far outside, so you need a drivable base. Beach and pool very nice. Room clean.

Hotel is not recommended. Breakfast buffet is not intoxicating. You're quick through. You don't have a lot of choice, no tomatoes, cucumbers, olives etc. A variety of cheese. Dinner is in menu form. Two menus to choose from. Then orders are ordered at the table. Dessert isn't served until almost everyone is done. You sit for a good two hours until you finish eating. Drinks at Tisvh must be paid extra. Kindness leaves something to be desired. Way too expensive for the service.

Beautiful hotel right on the shore. Common areas are great, the beach is pretty quiet most of the day. Lunch menu could use more options, but I really liked the pork chop and didn't mind having it every day. There were several problems with the Wi-Fi while I was there, with me and several others being unable to connect. Eventually we asked them to reset the router which they did and it solved the problem. The Wi-Fi didn't reach my room while I was there but I saw them installing more wireless router so maybe it does now. The resort is somewhat isolated which can be a pro our a con depending on what you like to do. I was there for a conference so I was busy most of the day, but if I wasn't I would have liked to explore outside the hotel. There is a bus that can take you to Pula. Overall I recommend it!

Nice and clean camping site. Good bungalows. Restaurant was ok. Check-in is only available after 3pm for bungalows.

Just bad …
We were there as a family with two teenagers.
Instead of a real family room at Mare pineta, we got an "upgrade" to the 4 * Hotel Flamingo.
In the pictures you can see the two great beds. So does the condition of the hotel.
Actually a great facility but completely unkempt and run down.
The beach sloping steeply and full of stones.
Luckily we had a rental car and drove to a beautiful beach about 15 minutes away from the hotel.
Table tennis as well as the game boxes defective or unkempt.
The only pinball box that worked was picked up on the second day of our stay.
Breakfast was actually 3 * standard just worse. Liquid scrambled eggs, cold coffee unkind staff and dirty dishes.
Now for the positive.
Eating in the evening was practically invariably perfect. The staff was mostly friendly.
Enough parking was available.
The sun loungers in the second row under a bamboo roof were free of charge.
Verdict: Unsuitable for beach holidays and to be too expensive for just to stay overnight.
Most certainly never again.

I honestly found it sagging in the shape of the structure and poor in the food's profile. Everything I thought was overly expensive compared to the offer. It is also amazing for a similar facility not owning a free Wi-Fi for those who enjoy the same…

We were at the facility in September 2017.2 adults and a 2-year-old child. The pictures on the homepage are not up-to-date. The complex is run down as well as the rooms, only the dining area seems to be a bit fresher.
The dinner was very varied and delicious, this cannot be said of breakfast.
Those who arrive with smaller children will find a pitiful playground and nothing else. The mini disco does not start until at 21:30, far too late by our standards. There was no animation in the evening, either.
The spa is only aged 14 and up and paid, as is the gym.
This hotel does not deserve four stars.

Food, staff, facilities are very good except the internet connection. I had to use my own mobile data almost all the time.

Excellent friendly, attentive staff. Comfortable, clean hotel, but with a lived-in feel, which we liked. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

Never again. Wi-Fi broken or absent, coffee 1.70, beach with sunbeds to pay 15, sea all an impracticable stone, system restaurant with commandes old way, in the rooms but without support tops, even bathroom floor room even in shower, shampoo on the ground, if you sit in the pool run to Ask what you drink, telephone reception room broken, interior driveways very disconnected with mud and quagmire, you also pay air you breathe. Newspaper 20 cents more ridiculous no?, sea towel change 3 euro. Discreet kitchen.

Structure a little vecchja. Hospitality OK. Pathetic food. The four stars only have it for the pool, gym, and the beach, which then is chargeable. Animation OK.

My parents have had a really bad experience in here. They paid price for a 4 stars room and they sadly found poor and disgusting conditions. The room was dirty, totally careless, seedy and they never would have thought that their room was clasified as a 4 stars rate. Very disappointing. Staff was overwhelmed and it usually took ages to get a clean pillow or someone to come to get rid of millions of ants. Some pics to show it…

Location, bar, pool, kindness of staff.
The structure could achieve absolutely better results by working on the organization, in addition to improvements in implants that suffer in some things of the obvious age such as air conditioning systems.
Not up to the management of the restaurant (the maître does not practically approach the tables to discuss COM customers, the waiters are even too fast, they appear very rarely local dishes, only one type of bread in the baskets, counted just for the number of People at the table), small details that annoy as the lack of availability of a second key of the room, or the management of Wi-Fi in time, the beach services absolutely too expensive since the beach suffers from some environmental issues (Poseidon that makes often invisible the bottom access in water, disturbed by stones of medium and large size) absolutely natural, but that should be kept from account in compiling prices)

Four star hotel in the midst of a pine forest overlooking the sea. Animation present but not invasive and completely absent in the evening. They should perhaps renew themselves a bit and innovate in the offer of tourist services to propose to guests. All in all, me and my family, we spent days in total relaxation.

Nice location and nice rooms.

It's a great place to stay. Great sea view and clean rooms. Food is good, but certainly not the best local choice. The only downside is that they only have Wi-Fi in the lobby.

Great location, most of the staff fantastic but let down by the food. OK if you like raw eggs, raw fish, cold fish and their idea of salad is cold potatoes, cold green beans and cold tinned carrots. Such a shame and could do much better.

Lots of good things about this hotel. Friendly staff, good food, nice pool and beach. Quiet in May. Poor coffee and Wi-Fi.

Good four. The location is very good. A clean, transparent sea. Sand. No rocks, algae, and jellyfish.

Hotel near the beach. Unfortunately many of the algae in the sea. Very nice pool, large and clean. Attention is there only one scale to enter and exit. No markets. The breakfast was very basic. Restaurant which offers classic cuisine without surprise and originality. It is closed at 9: 00. Rooms spacious and clean.

Small hotel, well located next to the sea, with pool, category four star that really not are real with regard to facilities if compared with any hotel Spanish, has enough shortcomings at the level of facilities: Wi-Fi free but that works with tickets supplied in reception that duran a hour, then have that request another, the breakfast is very poor, them hammocks of the beach not are included, have certain problems of smells surely of water waste in the rooms.
As points positive them dinners are amazing, the service of the employees very good (reception, restaurant, waitresses of floor…)

Great location by the sea, too bad it's full of seaweed and rocks, just move a little and find yourself the amazing sea of Sardinia.
The hotel declares 4 stars, but the structure is old and poorly maintained, at least it is clean. Not to mention the staff, very slow and unhelpful starting from reception up to the restaurant and the beach.

Need for maintenance. The bathroom was dated with tiles peeling off and sanitary fittings. Many other small defects for a 4 star hotel!

Hotel in good location but the structure to follow the standard 4 stars should be better followed. Room details reveal a certain carelessness.

Needs refurbishing. Very tatty grounds and buildings. Staff rude and uninterested. Food poor. Entertainment awful and in Italian. Better places to stay in beautiful Sardinia.

Breakfast is even 2 star lever, no fresh fruits, only conserved. Bad coffee machine gives you coffee taste of water made of powder. U can ask the waters to bring u better coffee, but the don't know what is coffee latte and if u don't like smth answer you very rude! No fresh juice for breakfast, croissants are not tasty, mostly is nothing to eat… every day the same. Dinner is good presentation, but no very tasty. For one week in Italy, no one time I enjoyed of dinner in the hotel. Desserts for dinner are very bad. Water in the bottles has strange taste. Also no good smell on the territory of hotel. Problems with Wi-Fi. No enough light in the evening. Bar near by swimming pool sells fruits without flavor for 8€… Beach is not very clean. Wasps come during the breakfast (dangerous for baby). Timetable of kids club didn't seem very comfortable. 1 Pass to gym 5 euro too expensive. 1 Pass to spa 15 euro too expensive. Telephone didn't work in our room and we couldn't call to reception or bar when we needed. First day we arrived they didn't even prepare the bad and towels for our baby (had been paid before). Pleasant enough place but if something does not work you will not get it fixed! Attitude is "we can't get hold of so and so" or we need a part! Not good enough when you have paid for a holiday. Staff very nice but everything else expensive. Residents have to pay for a beach sun bed.

Hotel spotless and well served. Were outstanding to propose a bargain price for 3 nights in half board (we were 15 people), after we had had problems on another structure from which we had to run like hell.
Highly recommended.
