I wanted to go there for a long time, the Wonder is at home in this jewel of hospitality. The rooms are small chests that preserve aromatic treasures and benefits taken care of in every detail. The common spaces, both outdoors and the breakfast room, are extraordinary, corners of quiet and beauty, immersed in a spontaneous nature expertly adorned. The sea view and the stars complete the picture. Experience not to be missed.

Take your beautiful lover to this place. Just take your smoking materials, take your headphones (optional) so you don't have to listen to her nonsense, and just enjoy this place for a good few days. Sitting in the sun on the couch, overlooking the land with a view of the sea in the distance, smoked up, maybe some wine if you're into that, and just relaxing to your music or the sound of nature is beautiful. I'm animal crazy, so it was a treat to see random cats around, there's one that let me give him lots of pets.
This is my favourite memory of sardegna of all time so far. Just being there with only a few people around me and enjoying each others company.
Don't take your little kids here, but do take your slightly older kids if they like nature to this place, but honestly, go with your partner and some friends, and you'll have the time of your life just relaxing.
One day we were there and it rained for a good 10 minutes in the bright sun, and it was dry within 20 minutes or so to go outside and sit on the sofas again. That's the Sardinian sun for you.
I hope to return here one day.

Lovely place! Nothing better for those who want to pull the plug. An oasis immersed in nature and scents of Sardinia. Rooms nicely decorated. The Breakfast was varied and refined in an atmosphere of other times. Highly recommended!

An oasis in the middle of unspoiled nature. The scents and flavors surround you as a warm, maternal embrace! if you want to find you, leaving behind the stress of a busy city this is the right place. Functional rooms, clean, well-maintained, as every corner of the Essence. Marina and Valeria always kind and available. A place that will always remain in the heart.

Wonderful weekend at the yoga workshop, each little detail was perfect, from the Cristina Filigheddu professionalism and cleverness to the spectacular place. The host were fantastic just making you feel at home and the delicious plentiful vegan food was unexpected. Looking foward for an other special event at "l'essenza oasi sensoriale"

Essenza is not just a wonderful place where to be for a relaxing holydays period, but it’ also a state of mind, for who wants to reconnect with the Nature and themselfs.
We have spent 10 days in July 2017 and we immediately felt in love with Marina, an amazing and helpful master of the house, and with her property: very nice rooms and cozy common spaces where every little details is the witness of passion and care. And really lovely natural surrounding area with a lot of different type of plants: from lavender to olive trees.
We are a 4 people vegan family and we find a plenty of food for breakfast, with always something different and fresh new every morning. And for lunch and dinner, Marina suggested us nice restaurants with vegan options on request. Useful, good and few minutes away from Essenza.
Highly recommended to enjoy a natural and relaxed jurney.

A wonder as a waiting one! Kindness, sympathy and professionalism of the exemplary women landlord in the first place, a perfect combination with the unparalleled sensations that the naturalistic area around infuses at the first moment. And then… the presence and style of the structure and the four finttos are the endless dreamlike cherry that makes you feel bad at the time of abandonment, because it sounds — effluvi — reflections of light that live here have no home anywhere else…

Website and photos are definitely made well but live is very subdued.
The structure is pretty but not ecosostenibbile as describe, immersed in a park of Oaks and streams that we didn't notice, perhaps because it is well away from it, because around are privately owned in full construction, perfect panoramic view. Being allergic to cats have not been comfortable for the countless cats a 20na about who resided in the House. We also made the mistake of dine, because dinner was supposed to be a caterer instead was prepared by owner, which for some could be better, but not if the kitchen tapping cats and if in addition to a soup a plate of boiled potatoes, aubergines and a bottle of wine of the discount makes us pay 40 euros per person including children 4 and 9 years. I conclude that as for the kindness we have nothing to say but otherwise I recommend going somewhere else.
