I booked a superior room with twin beds with a sea view but ended up with a small room with no view. We’re not able to move us. Shower leaked all over bathroom floor. To be fair the reception staff tried their best but had not much powers. Was told that my room had been paid so all they could do was give me 20% off my restaurant bill!

We stayed for 4 nights in the hotel in a suite. The bed was very uncomfortable and hard — mini bar not stocked at all and the aircon seemed not to cool properly. Breakfast every day was really busy and not filled in when needed. Actually worst breakfast buffet I have ever had. Special thanks to Francesco on reception he is very nice man and recommended us some great places around the hotel even though there is hardly anything opened in the evenings!

Very tentive staff. Great restaurant. Easy parking.

Beautiful property and staff very nice, friendly and ready to respond to any need. Clean and very large rooms. I do not give the fifth star because despite being very comfortable to get to the airport remains out of the center and you need to take a taxi for any move.

Cramped room (Room N°320) for a couple and a 10y child + Tiny bathroom and Old-fashioned designed room, that doesn't look at all like the photo of the web site! We are disappointed… Thankfully the staff is friendly.

We stay in a suite, it is a little disgusting because of the smell of tabaco smoke.

Cute, clean and quite modern hotel. Already in early June full enough to not be sure to always find parking inside. You can still park at no more than 100 meters. It's not very central but in the car you can get to the center in 10-15 minutes. Just a little longer Travel times to the airport.
There is a gas station very close, convenient even for those who take a rental car. Staff friendly and helpful. Really pleasantly surprised by the restaurant that offers quite cheap menu sets but cooked with great care and excellent raw materials.
Interesting The culurgiones, excellent trophies with shrimp, the swordfish was cooked excellently. Even the cheeses, all locals were definitely good. Even the lorighittas are definitely funny.
Craft beer is also worth trying. Get explained all by the waiters, nice and helpful.

Interesting semi-luxury hotel in Cagliari. It's a bit dated in terms of equipment, but the rooms are very well sized and comfortable. Not all of them have a great view; mine, for instance, was having a view on the local petrol station, but it's possibly the only real negative point I could find. Generous breakfast selection, in the mezzanine floor, but falling under the expectations considering they could have included some typical sweet or cake to get guests tasting the local specialities. Top notch front desk service.

One night's stay. The hotel is just outside the centre of Cagliari but only a 5-minute drive so still comfortable. We liked the possibility of free internal parking. Quick check-in with friendly and helpful staff. The room is cosy and clean. Only a noise lasted all night that we did not understand if coming from the air conditioning engines or from the neighboring fuel station (our room was on the first floor). Breakfast varied and good quality. Overall a pleasant stay. Attractive restaurant although personally we didn't get a chance to try it. Recommended for those looking for a hotel, perhaps for periods, in a position destrused from the center but still strategic.

Clean & close to airport! Food/meals were delisious. Cool cold drinks good too! Staff very friendly & helpful.

Great and convenient place to stop over. Doesn't come with many amenities, but perfect if you're stopping in Cagliari for a night or two.

Rooms clean, spacious and with Sky included. Nice bathroom, big breakfast and varied. Very friendly staff, no tourist tax.

Classy restaurant. Local Sardinian cuisine skilfully revisited.
Nothing to do with the trattorias of Via Sardegna or similar in Cagliari, is another level.

Clean and accolgiente room. Buffet breakfast poor, especially as far as the cafeteria. Also the room was marked as already free in the morning while we were still in bed causing the housekeeper's entrance, which mortified she apologized and explained to us that it was a mistake from the front desk, as we were made to settle the bill upon check in, definitely marking the room as already free. I expected it to be better enough disappointed.

Nice hotel on foot about 15 minutes away from the beach. The breakfast is very Italian which means many sweet pastries and little else.

Personally I have never taken advantage of their services but I know many people who use it very often for years they speak very well very professional hotel very cozy and comfortable.

It's very dirty. You can see it's full of dust and there's no smell in the bathroom. The rooms are not very comfortable and completely off center the staff is not at all courteous belonging some.
It doesn't look like a 4 star.

Very good location to airport. Pure Stopover Hotel for one night. No more! Restaurant in the evening was good, breakfast poor. Drinks can be bought at the bottom of the tank.

We have found wonderful location, high quality food and perfect service. Waiters and waitress give very professional service. Managers show kind attention to customers requests and wishes. All perfect clean and enjoiable.

I was supposed to travel to this hotel for three days for a special occasion with my girlfriend. We had a very big issue with easy jet because they canceled our flight the day before our departure (Cancel of the flight : 22nd of July at 9PM/ arrival date to the hotel : 23rd of July). Unfortunatly they was no plane at all to fly there. When I called the hotel the 22nd to tell them that we would like to cancel our room, the night audit was very comprehensive and told us that he couldn't take any decision. I called the 23rd in the morning and the young women was very rude and I didn't even have to time to tell the story that she answered "you will not be reimbursed". I try to make her understand our very difficult situation as we are a very young student couple. I tried to reach them one more time the day after, I had the same women by phone, just the time to tell her my name, she cut me and answered me in a very rude way that we will not be reimbursed. We both work in the hospitality and we know that there is a way to communicate with the guest, even before the arrival. They proposed to change the date of my reservation, but first of all we will not have holiday for a very long time, second point is that the way the front desk agent (Even in one sentence) I strictly don't want to travel in this hotel. I am not even in house and there is already a problem with the staff. That's not a way to treat the guest.

Nice place. Good breakfast even if you go early, after 9am there's no more things to eat. The room is very confortable.

The hotel is very nice, well maintained, clean, large family room with great views over Cagliari, breakfast varied, there was a bit of everything … even the restaurant is Ok! Nearby Council a visit to the castle of San Michele … spectacular!

There is that one can dine if you are guests.

Stumble this 4 star Hotel in Cagliari as a good, good staff service to report the new shuttle service (FREE) with Mr. Alexander (city centre/Beach Poetto) it wouldn't be so bad if the shuttle service would perform for clients accommodated transference (clearly paid)
to and from the airport gave exorbitant figures requested by TAXI per km. 3 about (euro 18, 00).
