Sardinia's beautiful area and a bit wild, great for the sea and for the trek Ma, great especially for the food… in half board never eaten so well, with generous portions, with immediate service, very professional and so much sympathy from everyone. I vote 10 out of 5. I recommend it at 100/100

The restaurant offers a good choice of dishes, we took all fish dishes and I have to recognize a great choice on the quality of the ingredients. Great fish. Very attentive and fast service, average prices.

In my opinion a bosana excellence, small but very well cared for hotel, the property and employees are very courteous, professional and helpful. Icing on the cake is the restaurant that makes quality the highlight, excellent dishes of the bosana tradition mix with international cuisine well accompanied by a varied wine list.

Hotel has a good atmosphere and decoration so had our room 207. Beds were good. Bathroom needs renovation. Toilet kept running and showerhead was a disaster.

Restaurant is really class. We were lucky to get another place. We had the risotto and it's really recommended! Should you definitely go!

My review is for lunch only and not for the hotel itself.
Reception absolutely poor, not to say absent. Once seated at the table there is not a single smile in the face of the waiters. Quite rude what we take the order. In the whole attitude to "I'll do you a favor if I bring you food. " Decent food, but they make the portions wrong. At the time of the account we notice finally an "error" of 50 euro (to our disfavor).
Absolutely not recommended (repeat, review for lunch).

I did not enjoy the room, do 5 stars in the restaurant for a seafood lunch, I was years that I did not eat the catch so fresh and flavorful. Recommended.

The best restaurant in Bosa. Variety of appetizers with unique flavors. Good to fry. Great lobster.

Pay one night €75 alright. But I expect worthy services… At breakfast find a contributor that to my question but a croissant you can not have? I answer that there is only a dove with enough air I wonder from customer but at 7:30 in the morning missing the primary good is not good! Outside of the inconvenience I think the education of the staff and to review. And not only that since Easter has passed from one piece!

Lunched for Easter Monday in the hotel restaurant. Food very good but portions a little reduced and a local a little dark. However overall I recommend.

Lovely place and great food. I appreciated both the modern style of the room (the paintings are very beautiful) and the kitchen, traditional but revisited with combinations of flavors really original. Good sweets. Kind and not intrusive service. Good also the wine list.

New Year's Eve 2018 booked with closed box by phone, 31/01 dinner and breakfast. Clean and cozy room, perfect dinner all really good (congratulations to the staff of the kitchen) fast and excellent service. Why 4 out of 5 stars? Only downside the breakfast standing at the bar, we expected a service equal to the previous evening (and at the price paid)

The restaurant is one of the best I know in Sardinia. Helpful and friendly staff and ready to give information about places to visit and not to miss. Like staying at this hotel!

Food excellent waiters very nice and very helpful; all the times I brought some Venetian friends who understand more than other seaside resorts, I have always been a good figure both for food and for the price. Believe me! The Venetians are famous connoisseurs of the cuisine based on fish and I live in Venice for 55 years I can guarantee.
Go there and rely on the waiters. Great quality-price and deserves the maximum of the stars.

Great Seafood Restaurant: We ate a mix of appetizers and first courses, all excellent. Particularly sublime the grilled octopus in reduction of Cannonau, the cuttlefish combined with fried zucchini, breaded squid, fried stuffed with a reborn, placed on a puree of eggplant. Highly recommended!

He had a really good, fresh fish, excellent service and for eating fresh fish and abundant I spent a fair price.

Today we had lunch in the restaurant of the Mannu Hotel, we were positively impressed by the whole thing; great food quality, greatly abundant portions, very friendly and professional staff and a welcoming environment tidy and clear. I recommend it and hope to be back soon.

We ate so much and really enjoyed it. The place is simple, elegant but without pomp, capable staff are accommodating and attentive. The Bill more than fair.

They cheat tourists. Total disrespect to clients. The worst part was not that they added 13, 50€ to the bill of a lunch for two, but how terribly they treated us when we complained about it. We ordered a dish of calamaris to share, spaghetti with clams and risotto with seafood. When we asked for the bill, we saw that the price of each of the main dishes had been increased in 2€ and that there were 2 dishes of calamaris instead of the single starter we had ordered, so double of the price indicated in the menu. The waiter accepted without apologizing that the price of the main dishes was incorrect but refused to let us pay just the starter we had ordered because we had already eaten it. This after having tried to convince us, with no success, that in fact they had already discounted one of the portions because the whole price of the calamaris would have been 36€. The menu clearly indicated "calamari fritti 9.50. " No comments. Then the waiter invited me to go to the hall to meet "il direttore" if I still was not happy with the amount to pay. It was later when I understood how this allowed the director to shout at me and insult me without disturbing the rest of the clients. However, I'm sure everybody heard how he called me "stronza maleducata" while he yelled "when I travel in Spain, I pay what they ask me to" (I'm Spanish. ) I decided then to ask for the complaints book.
