Fantastic village, like the prices to stay. The restaurants present have really good prices for the place where we are.

A couple of things you should be aware of: there is no air condition in the villas, and no fans either. There is no Wi-Fi, only at the reception. There is no beach within walking distance. There are very few restaurants in the village, of which I would recommend none. Drive to Stintino and eat there. There is only a small, but very expensive tourist supermarket in the village. Drive to Stintino and do your shopping there. The villas are worn down and could use an upgrade/renovation. Especially the bathrooms. You need a car to get around for sure. There are many really nice beaches within a 15 minute drive. The swimming pool that belong to your house/shared with your neighbour, is nice and clean and well maintained. Our kids loved it. If you are young and want to party, then this is definitely not a place for you. I recommend renting a boat in Stintino and take a day trip on the crystal clear water. The staff is nice and helpful, but speaks limited English which caused a few misunderstandings. All in all, Sea Villas was more basic than I expected/hoped for, but we had a good vacation there after all.

I haven't been there. But from the outside they're really nice cottages with the private pool… next holiday I think I'll choose the cottage…

Immense tourist residential structure composed of an infinite number of mono-bi-four-family houses as well as imitation condos, who limps on a hill that ends in overhanging the sea west of the peninsula of Stintino. At about 4 km from town, is a little impression from afar to see this cluster of buildings "stuck" on the Hill. From a single login on the main road in the direction of Stintino country, entering this large village where a highway branches off into many ring roads giving access to the cottages, climbing via higher until you reach the Summit where there is a mall with 35 businesses (shops, convenience stores, bars, restaurants, pizzeria, newsagent, tobacconist etc. ) all revolving around a square.
From inside, the appearance to be honest it's very nice and cared: the houses were built in the classic style of the houses of the place, with very strong facades and colors on. Also the rooms are very comfortable, each villa has a swimming pool and garden and all the internal roads and surrounded with plants typical of the place. What jars a bit is the green of Parvez (strictly innafiati daily by automatic sprinklers) that contrasts with the arid fields outside the "cooked" from a summer now towards the end.
To go to Stintino and the famous beach of "hairy", as well as by your own car, also operates a shuttle service that transports at various points of access to local beaches.
