INDECENT "Stay":
I say stay quoted because we could not even sleep there given the dirt of the room! And not only our room was very dirty, we saw another room also with hair around and dust everywhere (given the delicate moment in which we find ourselves, cleaning and sanitizing the rooms should be in first place! ).
But the great thing was that, despite the fact that it was evident, documented with photos and videos, when we expressed disappointment and refusal to spend our only week of vacation in a dirty room, the receptionist (after talking to the owner who did not even show up to talk and try to find an agreement) proceeded to withdraw the entire sum from the credit card without our approval!
So not only dirty but even RUDE! You don't behave like that with customers. I would rate ZERO if only you could!

1. The hotel is certainly not 3-star;
2. Non-compliant hotel prices (120/night)!
3. Inadequate showers and limited foam bath;
4. Inappropriate mattresses for a 3-star hotel;
5. Rooms were not ready at 15:00 when we returned.
6. The owners of the hotel reply :" There is time to clean it by 16:00" and therefore the fault was ours that we had returned to the room before 16:00. By the way, they didn't even apologize!
7. There is no phone in the room.
8. There are holes in the walls of the room.
This is the account of 2 days spent in this hotel!

On the sea that if you open window you feel it on your face outside the center but in 5 minutes you are there. Staff.

Unfortunately the room was not clean and there was some unexpected that ruined the day. Two positive notes: the kindness of Mr. John and the sea view.

Hotel of dilapidated appearance but with good services. Nice staff. Wi-Fi network ds rooms too low.
Good value for money to have the feet ds water, on the port of the Maddalena.

Location outside a bit of the center but there are those who appreciate it to avoid the confusion. From the room you have a beautiful view of the gulf and there is also a balcony to stay outside, friendly and friendly staff. Breakfast is plentiful and good in a room overlooking the sea. If you don't want a super luxury 4 star but a cute hotel is perfect. For the dinghy rental have a very advantageous agreement with a renter. The islands to visit are obviously wonderful.

There is only breakfast but it is plentiful and always variable day to day. A little dated as a property but all very comfortable and welcoming staff.

Structure restored but! Attached to the sea, breathtaking view, friendly staff, cleanliness and room order every day, hearty breakfast.

4-day stay, excellent value for money, great view, we had a great time, very friendly people… tomorrow unfortunately you fall.

The hotel is a few inches from the sea! From the terraces and from the breakfast room you can enjoy a beautiful view!

Very quiet Hotel, comfortable x our weekend at La Maddalena, clean, crisp linens, you sleep very well because it is quiet… it looks like a ship, suspended on the water! Refrigerator x Store drinks and very helpful food… good breakfast and sea view! They arranged the boat trip directly from the hotel X the islands strew s. Maria etc etc… not to be missed! I conclude by saying that although the structure outside is not a great one, once you enter you'll be like home!

Reception, cleanliness, location, price!

It's a simple and clean hotel with all the basic amenities. It has a wonderful location. Only one already deserves a visit! A 10-minute walk from the center. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Standard room very good cons The Eco room is really basic and without air conditioning with a little comfortable bed. So yes, I recommend but not in Eco room.
