The staff are exquisite and welcoming.
Out of hours we were served sandwich is and drinks… Amada served the fabulous Spritz poolside and to finish 1 delicious fantastic seafood dinner!
To spend in this lovely Resort of the good days.

I was a guest at the property during the summer, the location is beautiful surrounded by mountains, the beautiful pool with 2 tubs, one for children and one for adults, dominates the center of the property and around it you arrange in a circle the rooms, the latter very large, comfortable and air-conditioned, with a large bathroom with shower.
The staff is very friendly and qualified, the property has a restaurant and bar for guests, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy the relaxation to the full.

Friendly place, not a hearty breakfast, the cappuccino and coffee were dispensed by a machine… When you book room with plenty of breakfast included, you expect the cappuccino not to be the machine but made by the bar service… Beautiful room, very small bathroom!

Nice location. Silly with parking fee outside hotel.

The following review is intended to be constructive or aimed at improvement.
Rooms should be made cozy before guests enter, it's unthinkable that the guest who pays a stay of. 114.00 a day and can soak in rooms that don't have knobs in drawers and locker… not to mention the cleanliness!
It is not acceptable that for a short circuit you can run out of electricity for 5 hours. Equally questionable the sunbeds and umbrellas of the pool, just 20 for a property that accommodates about 100/120 people?! Ask yourself a question!
It is not permissible for you to pay for extra parking.

By now when you are in the Orosei area, the stop at The Santa Maria is tradition. The resort is spread out with small style houses around the pool and garden. Rooms cleaned and carefully. Great continental breakfast. Professionalism and courtesy of the staff are guaranteed.

Worst hotel I ever been in. The rooms are ugly. The shower is too small. We got all inclusive but they dont allow ice cream to people with all inclusive for some stupid reason. The snacks at the bar aint free. The hotel beach is nothing special. The food is disgusting, the pizza looks like someone vomitted it out. The pool is alright and staff is alright.

I highly recommend the hotel for their dishonesty. From my arrival, I noticed that there were canvases of the door and the bed. The shower head barely held and the door grip was not very stable. I'm not the type to complain so I didn't say anything and I removed the canvases of the arraignees myself and I held the shower head as I can. 2 days before my departure the shower head totally defrauded of the wall, while deigning the lamp near the bed I hit very lightly the bar that held the sheet of the bed back, he also defrauded himself of the mur. Je the signal immediately and in two days no one came to fix it. The worker just came to add a screw to the door trigger, when I check out, I don't say anything to make a problem, but to my surprise the receptionist tells me that there is an extra 70 euros paid! 20 to be stayed until 12pm in the gold room that no one had told me that there could be an extra! and 50 euros for the degats causes! the twist I had is to say nothing when I noticed the deplorable state of the room with accessories and cabinets dating back to the Middle Ages! he hardly cared about my arrival and it's broken during the stay so it's up to me to pay! When I asked to see the owner, the lady of the reception told me that it was only available by phone. It is a shame in 20 years of vacation across Italy this is the first time I see this.

Spent last week at Santa Maria with my husband and loved it. Rustic, rural and relaxing! Lovely people cannot do enough for you. Beautiful pool, rooms are kept very clean daily. Would definitely recommend to go for a relaxing holiday, great location. You do need a car.

A circle of Sardinian-style cottages around the pool. The common spaces and gardens and the impression of a truly well-crafted project.
The small room but comfortable in appearance.
The only thing that ruined our stay was a surprise that we realized that the sheets were all crumpled and that it made our impression the bed was not changed for which we slept very badly, the smelly towels of bleach.
In the morning we went to the reception where we discussed the fact and the lady present tried to convince that it is possible that they were not ironed (or it is possible that in a 4-star structure they use unstretched sheets or the waitress is not aware of the pious state sheets? ) and then the refusal to come and see the room suggests many things…
To chek-out a cold greeting and not even an excuse (professionalism? )

Good location nice pool room and very relaxing side dish. Personal flaws So so breakfast to improve also the evening restaurant with little choice. All flat enough. Not enough beds. We were in the summer as a couple.

Breakfast was more than paltry. Only 1 coffee per person per day is included in the price! Quiet location, but without a vehicle, nothing can be done. Spa and wellness look very different for us. Once and never again. Were very disappointed. Again, we can't understand where the many stars come from for the reviews!

Appena fuori da Orosei circa 2 km, si trova il resort. Posto molto carino buona accoglienza al check in. Casette sparse nel verde. Camere belle in stile sardo, bagno moderno e pulito. La colazione ottima e abbondante. Prezzo più che buono.

A star to lower the score to compensate for the comments of those who have never seen a 4 star resort. 150euro per night, booked 6 months before. We arrive and: restaurant closed at noon, only sandwiches. In the evening only Sardinian menu with no choice. At breakfast they don't take order at the table but you have to get up and go to the bar (then they do you the favor of taking it to the table, but if you go to pick it up it's better) finished ice cream, finished water. In the pool you can not bring anything and do not do service. The Wi-Fi takes maximum signal, too bad that often does not work Internet and is therefore unusable. In the fridge there is nothing (in a 4 star?! ) the gym is a box with tools inside. The children plunge into the pool (no problem, but since I can not bring anything in the pool because it is on the regulation, even the children should not do the dives, since it is written on their rules, otherwise I dive well myself and play rackets. Positive note just the pool of which I attach photos and the kindness of the staff. Fun to see in a 4 star people picnicking in front of the room as it was a farm.

Atention! They dont have the restaurant! You better check befor you came here, or you may have a bad surprise like us.

Close to many beautiful beaches, clean and quiet (except from the bird song). Good restaurant. Annoying bumps on the road inside hotel area.

Parking is Extra. The Speed Bump is really worst. No Asphaltroad, just a stone road. Note: Your Rentalcar is not injured by stone roads.

The place is nice, very cute and elegant but the staff leave quite disappointed. Nobody at reception (which also closed in the afternoon till 16). A few confusing directions given with reluctantly. The evening at dinner were offered only 2 first and 2 seconds, among other things the same way for multiple nights. Spaghetti with seafood for 2 nights in a row, Imperial fish for 4 nights in a row cooked differently. Final fruit always the same and one for more nights. Buffet non existent with olives, two meats and salad and tomatoes a few cheese two eggplants (very little almost starving). Breakfast delicious and you have to set the tables alone at home. Fruit in the morning does not exist. The pool is rented until Monday afternoon for courses for children occupying the same for hours. Definitely not a 4 star resort for what the card says.
Staff not up to par for a 4 star hotel. Rating 1.
