Beautiful surroundings and fab view all round especially our room view

Really nice pool. Make sure to book a sea view if you can. The rooms were clean and simple. It's a steep climb from the town back to the hotel. If you are not that mobile, you would need a car for sure.

The view from the hotel is great and you can pay for it really well.
We were nicely received and got our desired room (sea view) in the 2nd start. Unfortunately, the rooms are extremely bright. If you don't fall asleep quickly and have a deep sleep, you may be unlucky with your neighbours. The snoring from the adjoining room was clearly heard.
A very comfortable bed at first glance — brought me back pain every morning.
The large balcony had a great view but is only sparsely furnished.
The bathroom is small and okay, but little storage area and a hose dryer (terrible) on the wall.
The furniture is style-free and functional. I missed an armchair or the like, there were only two wooden chairs, but to sit down relaxed, not suitable.
The terrace of the hotel is beautiful. At the reception you can get beach towels, — chairs and umbrellas.
Wifi worked very well.
We ate several times in the hotel and it was always delicious and beautifully prepared. Price-performance has been right and the house wine is also recommended.
The breakfast was with approx. Two types of bread, ham, salami, cheese, and fresh fruit not very varied. I would have expected more at the price.
Prices for drinks are moderate.

We were after the amenities of a four star hotel. We found what we found at the Hotel Villa Gustui Maris above the tourist resort of Cala Gonone. The hotel beautifully overlooks the entire bay. The pool was great, but the water at first was a bit cool.
For dinner we had grilled dorade and scampis. Together with the side dishes, a shared starter and a good bottle of red wine, the fun costs about 100 euros.
I would like to mention the very good service in a positive way. The calculated price and the missing last percentage make me rate the hotel with a very good 4 stars.

Beautiful resort with excellent service. Our stay here was too short and we wish we’d stayed longer instead of leaving for a day in Cagliari! The location is superb, the view breathtaking, the experience completely relaxing and the customer service exceptional! Thank you Villa Gustui staff, we hope to be back sometime. Would highly recommend.

Perfect place to relax very nice hotel, buffet breakfast with everything and the restaurant provide a very quality of food. 10 min walk from the dock but it's up hill. Very friendly staff who speak English and French. Minimum stay 2 nights to enjoy the place. Thanks the hotel I will be back.

The room are clean and the bed is comfy. The breakfast is great. The is a swimming pool and you have a great view of the sea, city and the mountains. Truly beautiful. But that comes with a price. If you want to walk to the center, it's 10 minutes. The route back is 20 minutes, it's a nice route up. But we don't think that must be a deal breaker. (You can always go with the car if you like). The next time we will go to the same hotel if we are here.

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were well appointed and ours had a lovely sea view. The pool area and gardens were immaculately kept and have a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. The lounge and dining areas were lovely and the breakfast terrace had breathtaking views. The included breakfast was wonderful and included cereals, yogurts, meats, cheeses, breads, fresh fruits pastries, juices etc. Rooms were cleaned every day, beds made and clean towels supplied. The hotel even lends beach towels and a parasol to take to the beach. Cala Gonome is a steep walk down the hill to a nice beach, harbour and a good selection of restaurants. Would recommend hiring a car as lots of lovely beaches to explore and beautiful mountain walks. Would recommend a boat trip the best way to see the coast and a visit to the nearby caves.

We stayed only one night, but we were very good, the place remains at the top of calagonone with spectacular views especially in the morning. The rooms are very nice and clean, breakfast ok, staff very friendly and helpful.
