Standard rooms are quite dark and the smell is under average. Beds are hard. The pool is great with a view of the sunset. What is totally under performed is the service of the restaurant although the menu is nice and you see the sunset. But you wait like 20-30min just to get a glass of water or wine. Or are told you can't order into your face. Other people get served three times in that time. Then they make fun of you that everything is step by step. We had to leave the restaurant and only come back because everything else was reserved. And we are guests of the hotel even. Total service desaster that one night. We even spoke Italian with the staff only to get a reply in English. Really, I have never been serviced that bad with being rediculed in front of other guests. The service staff seems to service the tables just only closest to the door. Edited: Service in the restaurant apologized for the behaviour at the end. They also had peoblems in the kitchen. I felt much better and relieved. Therefore one star more. 2nd edit: +1 star more. We had this time a delightful dinner. They even served us bigger portions ro make up for the first night. We got served at the pool and got a greeting from the kitchen in addition. Overall good experience. Just foam topper on the mattresses are missing. Mo.

Beautiful, familiar hotel. The staff is friendly, professionell, helpful and warmly. Breakfast and food during the day and in the evening was always very good. Air conditioned rooms and housekeeping service was great. The pool was always clean and with a breathtaking view. We felt more than comfortable, thanks for a great week.
