I've spent several wends with my family for years now. What to say: great in all respects. Great cleanliness, very nice staff, super efficient and very professional as well as the owners. Atmosphere and fairytale view! Top food. When you are there, you really enter another world! Congratulations to Mr Temussi and all his staff.

If you have any taste or respect for cleanliness, don't visit this hotel. I used my own towels over the sheets, they overcharged me three times and didn't apologise. I left after one night and lost 6 days of my holiday budget as they wouldn't refund anything. If this hotel was in the UK, it would have been shut down by the authorities by now. Don't book here! I wish someone warned me…

From start to end we had a rotten time here, a horrible negative atmosphere. Unfriendly, dithering staff who seem to be jealous that people are on holiday…? There was not one smile, they seem to get a kick out of being rude to people… it wasn’t just us who were upset with them. The rooms stink, dirty sheets. The bathroom floor was constantly wet… even before we took a shower. Run down pool area and bar and lobby are very old fashioned. They take two million years to serve you, we had to wait for the bar staff to finish their gross flirtations… then they’d disappear again. Breakfast is inedible. Next time, I’d pay more for a nicer hotel in the area, this is one of the cheapest in Porto cervo but I’d rather not have gone at all if it meant staying in a place like this. I thought it was a four star. It’s not, it’s hostel standard.

On August 19, 2018. We dined in 4 Ordered classic starter all ok. We unfortunately ordered 4 first, spaghetti cacio and pepper pasta completely glued and devoid of flavor. We sent them back. We ordered 4 cuts of angus came completely cold and with a bland taste. These are sent back, too. On the other hand, the bill came very salty. You eat better at a diner. A tip for the restaurant… Change cook before you lose all customers. The only beautiful thing is the location.

Affordable restaurant overlooking the old harbor in Porto Cervo. The terrace is perfect for the evening. The ambience is relaxed. We went twice in four days. I tried a hamburger with the best fries I had. Perfect. And the service by Patricia was excellent!

I don't know how this hotel is not rated 1*! These reviews all seem fabricated apart from the honest ones which give 2* or less! I stayed here with my partner for 2 nights while travelling the north coast of Sardinia. The welcome we received was not a welcome at all, they just complained that we had arrived too early! We felt threatened by the aggression of the old woman behind reception. We are not used to being verbally assaulted by hotel receptionists! Things continued terribly in the bedroom as there was mould behind the head board, a smell of damp in the air and pubic hairs and urine stains on the sheets! The breakfast buffet was all Luke warm at best and totally breaking European food safety regulations. Not hot, uncovered and even raw scrambled eggs! It had salmonella written all over it! Definitely don't ask for a coffee because you will be met with a snarl from the bitter and unhappy wait staff. This hotel needs to be levelled with all the staff banned from any type of service industry! Do not stay here and believe that all these 5* reviews are hotel management and staff… poor sods.

Substandard food. The bedrooms were musty, dirty and shabbily decorated. The ‘balcony’ was a fence put in front of a window. Not a great place for families to stay. Theres nothing for children to do. On the plus side, it is close (driving distance) to some of the best beaches I’ve ever seen. But then there’s no where to park when you get back to the hotel…? They try and charge you 30 euros for the pleasure.

The service was very bad as soon as we entered this demonic place. The old woman behind the desk made no effort in friendly gestures. The view from the terrace was beautiful. The rooms were small and ugly. The food was a shame!

Disgusting, vile hotel! The staff are rude and unfriendly. The receptionists act like a little gang behind there desk laughing at their customers. The rooms and corridors stink like mould, there's bugs inside the room and rats next to the pool. It's not the same hotel as the pictures?! Why have they not been found out yet? I wasted a lot of money staying here, please don't make the same mistake I did! Stay somewhere else in Porto cervo! Anywhere but here!

This place was a total dump. I've stayed at hotels around the world and never have I experienced a hotel with such poor service (rude, apathetic), such terrible rooms (moist, smelly, roomservice that shows up about once a week), and a place that markets itself as a 4 star but is in actuality at the level of a 2 star. Even Motel 6 puts this place to shame. Staying here totally ruined my stay in Porto Cervo. Do not stay here if you want anything remotely comfortable. If you're a backpacker on the other hand or accustomed to hostels, this is the place for you. Oh also the food is garbage.

This a disgraceful hotel. No more than a 2 star at best. I will never stay again. Rude and unhappy staff. Dirty filthy rooms that reek. Sweat and urine stains on the mattress. Insects everywhere. The management didn't care one bit. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Romantic looking place with a wonderful view of the marina but that is where it ends. My wife and I booked a suite for our anniversary. The hotel reception was not warm but distinctly cold on our arrival, they looked over worked and unhappy. Nobody carried our luggage to our room because there wasn't anybody! Maybe they were short staffed but it was not good enough. The breakfast was very standard. Nothing special at all. When I ordered a latte from the waiter he kept bringing me a jug of milk! I am not a cat! On our return from an evening out in Porto cervo the receptionist seemed rather unsteady on his feet and kept talking at us in Italian even though we don't speak much at all. It was rather strange but not something we expected. The room we were in smelt like damp and I've seen on some other reviews people saying the same thing. I would certainly not recommend this hotel, it ruined what was meant to be a special and romantic few days.

Staff are friendly but not efficient. Hotel is a 2* not more. Room was clean but dated. Bathroom was new and a good size. The view of the marina was better than expected. The whole hotel could do with a new coat of paint. They need to invest something back into the hotel as they clearly aren't. Seems like bad ownership or management.

I stayed here on a business trip a couple of weeks ago, I was expecting a fairly luxurious hotel. It was not. The lift didn't work for the entire time I was there. Parking was extortionate at €30 a day! The pool was dirty, it had bugs and leaves all over it. The rooms are not insulated at all so at night I could here the guy next door snoring! The room smelt bad like stagnant water. This place needs a lot of work. Certainly not staying again.

Very dirty and smelly hotel. We had a jnr suite with a sea view balcony. The room was big but it stunk like drains the whole time. We found a large beetle under the sheet on the first night which was horrendous. We spoke to the woman on reception about this but she just laughed like it happens all the time. You have to pay €30 for parking because they only have about 6 free spaces. It's a long walk to the town centre down a steep hill. Drinks on the terrace are double the price of other bars. I'd say it was a 2* hotel definitely not a 4*.

Terrible service right from the start. Rude and unfriendly staff. Our toilet leaked sewage onto the bathroom floor and we were told by the receptionist that this was a normal occurrence. When we asked what the managers name was the receptionist replied with 'why do you want to know her name? ' Very uncomfortable stay here, if you're looking for luxury please look elsewhere.

Hotel with a wonderful view very friendly staff very friendly.
Room small and not very luxurious for a 4.5 stars, no penoire or slippers, but very clean, very comfortable bedding.
Wholesale wrong insulated room, you have to have deep sleep not to hear the hallway noise/door slamming and other hotel guests.
Bathroom very nice and very clean.
Extremely expensive park Place 30 €/days but there are non-paying places nearby the hotel should be renovated and revisit the decor of the rooms.
The hotel staff is really friendly and they often know 3 languages.

Very nice hotel with good service and friendly staff. Varied and lavish breakfast buffet. It was all Picobello! Only the inflated prices for drinks at the bar I found a bit exaggerated.

Place to say the least enchantingly, exceptional panorama, qualitatively good food with only negative note the quantity. Very helpful staff and very friendly. We will definitely return.

Place to say the least gorgeous, dog friendly with pool available to spend the day in a more relaxed way away from the confusion of the beach, great bar service and wonderful staff.

Disappointing experience: quality of questionable food and waiting times in biblical restaurant,, TV out of use, boiler broken and then first day cold shower, annoying smell of mildew in the room, single blanket for double bed… a real shame, Because the property is cozy and the location great. Positive note the staff, friendly and helpful that tries to fill the big shortcomings of the management. I'm not going back!

Cozy structure with refined furniture and details sought in handicrafts and Sardinian art. The staff is nice.
The kitchen is good and from the restaurant terrace there is a wonderful panoramic view.

Amazing Hotel at the heart of Porto Cervo, the location, the service, the view, the rooms, the pool are perfect. I highly recommend this hotel. I would like to comeback again & again.

Great hotel with amazing seaview and nice view of the yacht club Costa Smeralda. Just 1 km from night club Billionare. Helpfull staff. Renovated in 2012.
