Good hotel in strategic location near the port of Olbia. We stayed just one night waiting for the morning ferry. Rooms spacious, clean and quiet. Kind, helpful and efficient staff. Super breakfast. Recommended.

I stayed here for a month because of work. The owners were really helpful and always happy and friendly. The rooms are a good size and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks guys.

Went to sleep healthy morning nose plugged due to the high damp in the room. Insect Water soup window that wandered around the toilet shower full of silicone now deteriorated for years and years. There was not even a lid in the water System control unit. So being open source of insects. Dirty bedspread only seen once relieved. Tv at most 14 inches. Thank goodness I have a tablet with integrated video projector (55 inches) The only positive note goes to the concierge who welcomed us and to the breakfast service to them I would give the maximum 5 but the rest 2 and is also too.

Recent and modern structure. Rooms with large spaces, lacking in some furnishing. Also in the bathroom some accessories (towel rails and soap dish) missing.
Good breakfast and more than good services.

I have stayed at this property a couple of times for business reasons, and I have always found it to be good. Speed in check-in and check-out, availability and courtesy characterize this property, discreet breakfast. The only drawback is that if you fall late in the evening, you have to enter from a secondary door and do some stairs without being able to use the elevator. The rest all right, even the rooms have the minimum comfort needed.

Simple, cute and clean. Very nice staff and excellent coffee. Relatively close to Olbia airport, and therefore perfect for one night waiting before getting on board of the yacht you booked in Cangioni.
