Geovillage Green Residence Hotel

Back in this beautiful place a second time I consider myself satisfied. Room to our liking, with large terrace, very clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful We also did the wellness trail which was spectacular and very relaxing. Breakfast included in the price with a very rich buffet.

Overall nice hotel, staff is friendly and sports facilities (swimming pool, tennis, fitness) are great. The mattresses are really comfortable. We are enjoying our stay very much. On the less positive side, the rooms are ok but could benefit from some new paint, a bit of deeper cleaning (showers) and repairing here and there. Nothing terrible though. Careful, the parking is very tight and I never saw so many poles. Quite dangerous for the car.

I stayed for a week on business. The room is nice and clean and the location was convenient but the food quality and choice is poor. At breakfast cakes are dry and at dinner the menu is pretty similar every night with poor presentation and choice. In the room the shower phone did not stay up straight, the bath had no stopper in the bath, no one ever answers the phone at reception both when calling from the room or from outside. I am still waiting for a copy of an invoice I requestested every day for the past two weeks. I am so disappointed would not chose them again.

This is a very nice and very clean hotel nestled in the middle of an industrial area with a lot of amenities around, restaurants, fitness center, swimming pool. The room is huge with a very well equipped bathroom: shower, bathtub, bidet, two washbasin basins and I pass. My first impression was excellent and then I was disenchanted. The nights were short because I was awakened by noises apparently coming from the kitchens and by the day that passes despite the curtains. The morning toilet was made in cold water. The Internet arrives in the room when he wants to. And the underground parking lot had to be the happiness of the bodybuilders of the region with its dozens of pillars not spaced enough.

SPA great but not allowed to children. A huge indoor pool but often reserved for school (our son was not able to bathe while we chose this place for the possibility of bathing in April), large rooms but bad sound insulation and heating thoroughly, Unable to disengage it, a technician told us how to cut it through the circuit breaker! Spent two days at the geovillage of Olbia in the company of my girlfriend, nice place to escape from the chaos of the city daily, we reserved the room on booking. There are the past only for one night but I liked it a lot. The decor is a little dated but there is everything. A lot of services next to the hotel, SpA, gym, restaurant … I can't wait to go back.

Excellent structure in every point of view. Excellent organization, cleanliness and services above the average of other facilities in Sardinia.

Very nice clean and spacious hotel. However the room in the DRC is exposed to noise. A lot of people.

Easy access, excellent reception, spacious and comfortable room, spa at the top.

The structure is new and cared for, pity that reception apart, the staff is really not polite. The room was huge and clean. The excellent dinner, from the Half board menu you can choose between 2 options for starter, first and second. For allergy problems I asked the waitress if it was possible to remove an ingredient from the first option or if they could offer me an alternative, the Miss answered me at first with a NO, then she went into the kitchen to ask and the problem was Fortunately solved. Very large spa, questionable choice to impose hire tarp and purchase flip flops to be able to access, as of course it creates confusion and exchange things with other guests. Number of simultaneous accesses really excessive, file to access each service. Also not explaining the stages of the course the situation was immediately a real chaos. Turkish and Mediterranean bath doors left open (therefore unusable), hydromassage monopolized by individual customers for more than 30 minutes, as they had not been informed that the stations have different jets… Locker room obviously overcrowded, while I was preparing to leave and I was dressed to me and the other ladies present was instructed to empty the locker and to make the clock/key as there was no room for new customers. Let's say it wasn't really a moment of relaxation. The place is gorgeous with a little care, attention and courtesy plus would be really perfect. A real shame.

Beautiful palazzetto dello sport in Olbia, easily reachable from the main road with ample parking facilities. Equipped with bar service. Nearby, the sports centre and the Geovillage hotel, including tennis courts and olympic-size swimming pool. Very green and well-kept. Fitness fairly complete. Spa very nice.
