Wonderful destination hotel.

Perfect all around. Wish we could stay here longer. 3 nights are not enough.

Very nice view from the private luxury suites to the sea, extraordinarily nice staff.
The restaurant is very fish u meat-heavy but you can also express special requests.
The breakfast buffet is typically Italian.
Unfortunately, there is only sheep's cheese, no cheese made from cow's milk such as butter cheese, Camembert, no salami zb Milano.
The in-house beach, which is about a 10-minute walk away from the suites, consists of a jetty in the water. You can really forget it.
Also located directly on the road.
The suites are outside the main house, you have to climb a steep mountain but you can also get picked up with the E cars.
The suites are very clean. Somewhat spartan u partly somewhat outdated. The cupboards offer hardly any storage facilities (old farmer's cupboards).
The bathrooms very loving.
It lacks a dress-up mirror u hook for hanging towel etc.
If you come here and are looking for peace and quiet, this is absolutely right.
On the terrace (private pool) you are alone.
The hotel's pool is a bit small.
Without car u with children not recommended.
If you're looking for a beach, you're wrong here.
To do this you have to sit in the car u drive or rent a boat.

Fantastic location overlooking the gulf, I recommend the treatment at the spa:scrub total body with pink salt and essential oils and follow massage with hot herb dumplings… don't miss it!

Luxury unique hotel in the area of Cannigione. The hotel is built on the hill, there are different categories of rooms from Classic rooms in the main building up to personal suites with private swimming pool. There is also central swimming pool, restaurant with the menu a la carta. Beach is about 250 metres away from the hotel, there is a wooden deck with sunbeds and umbrellas, the sea is crystal clear but the there are corals and rocks ideal for snorkeling.

Beautiful location, great amenities and friendly staff. A bit on the pricey side for some of the services but overall a good experience.

+ very nice Staff, all The premises very clean, great Views — the Price is not reasonable. Breakfast is not extensive, no w-lan, no German Television available. All Addition Benefits cost a lot of Money. E. G Drinks, Food, private deck on the Beach, Scooter or Car Rental.
It's very quiet, almost too quiet … So nothing going on here … You get bored quickly and the nearby Town is known by heart in 2 Days. Outside restaurants are usually completely overpriced. We also had more visually expected from our Room. It's very simple. There you have a lot more for your Money elsewhere.

A well run Hotel overlooking the Gulf of Arzachena, with a series of attached rooms and suites arranged within an extensive hill-side garden setting. The seawater Swimming pool, restaurant, reception and public amenities areas form the main focus of the Hotel with guest rooms and suites radiating behind connected by series of outdoor steps and pathways. The gardens were beautifully maintained and provided an ‘air of quiet splendor’ lined with scented shrubs and flowers. The staff were attentive and polite and maintained the rooms in ‘spotless condition’. We had breakfast everyday on the terrace overlooking the sea or by the pool and found the menu to be good and very extensive. The whole place was well maintained and although some musical entertainment was available on a few nights whilst we were there, it was not noisy nor obtrusive and could not be heard from our room set well behind above the main hotel complex. Our room was a ‘deluxe’ garden room with small garden terrace overlooking grass slopes and the Tyrrhenian Sea with distant views of Baja Sardinia headland and Phi Beach. There was plenty of available car parking space nearby and some bays nearest to the hotel were shaded. We visited in early June and found the area and beaches were relatively quiet, just ahead of the main Italian holiday period.

Very nice premium hotel with attentive staff and fabulous views over the gulf. Not the bargain it once was for brits with the exchange rate, but certainly worth the money regardless. Great breakfast buffet. Worth joining Tablet to go for the upgrade — their rooms with private pools are to die for. Worth hiring a car to explore the area and nearby beaches. Nico's pizza/seafoodrestaurant down the road is worth a visit if you'd like to eat elsewhere (for less).

Fabulous hotel. We spent a relaxing 10 days at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. All the staff were so friendly and wrlcoming and nothing was ever any trouble. Would love to return for another holiday in the not too distant future. Diolch yn fawr.

Just got back home from a great relaxing stay at Villa del Golfo! The view is just fantastic, pool (salt water, we did not mind at all) area very nice, food very good and staff very helpful and great service! I really can recomend a stay at the hotel! Theresa helped us to book a fullday boattrip on motorboat Delfino with Claudio, can highly recomend that as well!

From all areas I have visited the last 40 years, this one remains a stunning place. Especially for the food, wines, hotel, staff and accommodation. The staff is extremely motivated to make your stay as pleasant as possible, no compromises! And that makes a huge difference… worth every star and $! Congratulations! I'll be back soon ;)

Very nice place. Staff was very friendly. Food at the hotel is very good and very good restaurants are found close by. I highly recommend the sail trip.

We spent a week here in July for the second time! This place never disappoints! The location is perfect — the sleepy little town of Cannigione perfect — no tourists (except locals). Jimmy and Pasquale can not do enough to make your stay fabulous! The food in the restaurant is excellent, the place is immaculate, and the new floating dock with sunbeds is lovely! Highly recommend!

This was our second visit to this beautiful hotel. We called it a 'retreat', totally relaxing. Spectacular views, great atmosphere and for me as a vegan, the staff, chef and food was amazing, felt totally spoilt, look forward to returning next year.
