Thank god this place (the restaurant. I didn't try the hotel) exists: if it weren't for it and a handful of other ones, the only alternatives in the areas would be the tourist traps at Vignola, or the "agriturismi" with the absurd "eat until you explode" 5-course formulas at 30/40€ pp. The pizza is good to very good (I recommend the one with the local mushrooms, I don't remember how they are called), and the fresh pasta dishes are fantastic (the pasta is made by the little shop on the main square). Their seadas are the best I've ever had.
