We stayed at this camp ground after having some trouble with our motorbikes on the Autostrada. The owner helped us and went out of his way to phone around and find us a mechanic to repair a tyre, with our limited grasp of the Italian language we would not have been able to do this on our own, The camp sites are mostly for fixed campers who probably have come here for generations, there are a few sites for travelers. There is a nice little beach on the lake which was great to swim in after our long day on the road. The atmosphere is very friendly and we felt like in a big family even though we only stayed for one night.
