After a long drive from Marseille, this was the best Holiday Inn room stayed in. Our receptionist was amazing and explained how to get to and from the main square. The Metro is just across and easy to understand and use. The room was a suite with a King size bed and two foldable beds. With all that there was still a lot of room to spare.

Nice and clean. The position is convenient to teach the city centre. Breakfast ok.

Airconditioning can 't be adjusted in the room. They have the control at reception. They change on requst only. And change back without asking.

Three stars but because 2 and 1/2 you can not give (or do not know how to do it! ).
The previous management was from nightmarish kitchens, (could save us only ANTONINO) now have improved a lot but often missing things on the menu and they take advantage (I mean the prices) because they are the restaurant of the hotel. I go there because I'm obligated but not worth the money they ask.
The wines… always the same, high prices and wineries/labels so-so.
I hope they improve because surely I will have to return.

Modern and comfortable Hotel, all services and amenities at a very affordable price. Perfect location in front of the metro and close to the entrance to the ring road. Private parking, car rental in the office and Taxi station in front, more so…

Excellent and pleasant welcome, as always Holiday INN is a guarantee! It was a very nice hotel. Close to the subway to get to downtown. Dogs are welcome! The staff is accurate and polite!

Very cozy and elegant. Very nice staff and breakfast very rich and varied, sweet and savory also vegan… Recommended for a stay in Turin both work and pleasure. Convenient means to reach the city center.

Convenient because close to the subway and not far from the highway, clean but if the reservation is added to the breakfast and the possibility to cancel with advance, the price rises too much for the level offered. Breakfast totally self service without any service, common areas reduced to the minimum. Small rooms.

I visited this structure for a seminar: excellent location and convenient with public transport (Metro stop very close). Cozy and elegant place.

Of passage for one night.
It is a business hotel, it has conference rooms, a small gym and it is strategic.
It is located right on the metro line (for those who do not know, in Turin there is only one line NDR) and the price is good.
Pro
strategic. Fair price. Friendly. Clean (counts a lot).
Against
King size bed: double spring mattress; One with broken springs. Slept very badly.
The shower drain was not working well and in a short time the tub was filled: reported to the reception.
Breakfast: Mr. Director, this is a great mistake. We are in Italy, and we have exported our style and our cafeteria in the world. Seeing the guests queuing up to take the coffee drinks from an automatic machine, it put me sadness. The juices are also a complaint. The orange juice (see photo) had the taste of medicinal orange: bad.
Final consideration
Maximum two nights, it is perfect as long as you do not pay breakfast.
I think it's definitely better.
Edit: When I told the front desk about the problems I found I was not charged 3 bottles of water. To many it will seem little, but the gesture is indicative of great professionalism and respect: good.

Been here on a work related travel more than a year ago. I have never been in a lot of hotels outside of my country so I am not sure if can rate it that much considering I dont have a lot of comparison… but my stay here is very memorable to me (i had my bday while staying here) Their location is very accessible to train station (masaua) so I find it very convenient when you want to explore places. They have a wide variety for breakfast so you can really have choices even if you get to stay for 4 days straight. I also find their dinner very good. Aside from eating experience, I find the room cozy and relaxing. The neighborhood is worth exploring even in the early morning if you are a fan of this kind of adventure. Artisitc graffitti arts can be seen on random of places near the hotel.

We did not use the hotel but needing a place where you can have a snack and warm up a little (since in the area between New Year's Eve and Epiphany everything was closed) we asked for a chance to stop here.
The receptionist was very kind, called the staff and opened the bar just for us.
The snack was magnificent with products also vegans of excellent quality and the price decidedly in line.
Everything was clean and tidy.
We will recommend this hotel to foreign friends who come to visit us to see the city also because the location is really strategic.

Not in the centre of them, but near to the metro. Holiday inn is always a good experience. Well organized and with good and clean rooms.

A star. Probably according to the director will not be a correct judgement, but it is my judgement based on a specific skill that I acquired by profession. In the last 15 years for work I attend hotel from 3 to 5 times a week for work all over Italy. Sometimes stay but mostly use the meeting rooms and common areas such as bar, reception or restaurants, so I have to do with the organizational staff for events (meeting rooms, barman, waiters and organizers).
In the specific case the staff at the bar and reception is exceptional, but the halls could improve in the ways of doing.
The structure can be improved but acceptable and the equipment is simple but effective.
The location was excellent
The only star then goes only to the manager let's say unaccommodating. He will justify saying that he tried to give solutions, but the specific condition in which he did find me and my collaborators I find it grotesque and however it has never occurred in any other structure. I do not know other customers, so it could be an isolated case (good for him), in this case my judgement will count one!

Modern hotel very convenient for the proximity to the metro. Large and comfortable rooms. Breakfast abundant and rich for both lovers of sweet and salty with the addition of fruit and fresh yogurt. To recommend.

Although it was under Holiday Inn brand yet nothing compared to the services we received at Holiday Inn Genoa/ Genova.

We rented a room where the projector didn't work.
For 30 people spent 250 € to 450 € for Coffee Break and aperitif!

Room was nice, bed very comfortable and good AC. TV was ok, and Wi-Fi too, didn't have any issue.

The rooms are elegant and well kept. The beds are comfy and spacious bathrooms. The style is clearly from business hotel and has all the comforts. The entrance is a few meters from the metro station, so you can move easily. Inside there is also a restaurant with a menu not too wide but still quality. Finally breakfast is buffet style and very varied. Don't I act on prices because I was there for work.

Worth value. Staying at this hotel was an absolute pleasure. A lovely hotel, in a great location with amazing staff who make you feel at home. We arrived late, tired and hungry and personnel greeted us with warmth and more importantly a large glass of wine and a couple of snacks to keep us going. We had comfortable sleep and journey.

Arrival reception staff surly and sustato present in the morning. Air conditioned room locked in on or off. International breakfast below standard and other structures. Coffee only express (bad) can apply only to the attentive staff exclusively for the control of room number provided and buffer not scarce and poorly sorted.

Very comfortable and quiet. Excellent breakfast! Garage secured at disposal. Close to the metro. Very good choice.
