Very close to Turin Porta Nuova Station, the Hotel Urbani has clean rooms, with essential and sober furnishings. Really pleasant atmosphere, great breakfast, courteous, professional and smiling staff. Highly recommended.

I stayed in this hotel only for one night for business reasons. The staff is very friendly and caring, great cleanliness of the room, nice design of the furnishings.

I stayed at this hotel for four days, more than great experience.
The property is a 1-minute walk from the new door station, and a 3-minute walk from the center.
The rooms are clean, comfortable and comfortable.

Eyed as we strolled through Turin. We came back because from the outside it inspired us for its shabby chic décor and also the food we liked. A risotto with porcini to lick your mustache.

The atmosphere was great, the staff was more than helpful every one knew English, but the food was horrid, I literally threw up after eating it. I ordered roast beef and it looked expired it was starting to turn green, as a side I had roast potatoes that clearly weren't fresh, because they were very hard on the outside but soft on the inside, which indicates that they sat outside for some time. Overall I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Sorry.

The atmosphere is great. We felt like in the Alice in wonderland's world. Everything is decorated with style. The food was not fresh. The meat was old and we had a stomach problems because of that. The pricing is not affordable. Nice place for taking pictures but do not eat there!

The place is lovely and worth going there even just to sit and look around… Really peculiar, it looks like a restaurant "themed" as those at Disneyland… You feel in a fairy tale and you come back kids… O Princesses! The kitchen is good and traditional, I also tasted pizza but it was not to my taste (I do not love the thin pizzas…) Fantastic The riot of fruit mixed at the end of dinner.

Central Place, ideal for those in transit and wants to know the center of Turin or, more simply for those who want to stretch their legs and take two steps in the center.
Nearby we also find the metro, name of the stop is Porta Nuova.

Excellent restaurant, you eat well, average cost but with a high quality, nice portions, for sure you will go out satiated and satisfied!

I went for a very nice bachelorette aesthetically… I only ate appetizers because the rest of the table had no appetite in fact I would be curious to know how it works.
There was no menu and they were proposing in voice or a mixture of first or second…

Location unhappy, but convenient for anyone who is near Porta Nuova. ' Original ' décor, but nice. The whole is still agreeable. Spaces. Attentive, but dismissive service. Varied menu with dishes from the Piedmontese cuisine. Average high prices. ' Right ' rations for those who make a full meal. It could be worth more taking care of the whole, from the local to the service and the menu.

The food was just delicious. The waitress was really helpful as I stumbled through the little Italian I know to order a wonderful meal. I'm here in Turin for 2 more nights. I know where I shall be!

The photo does not reflect reality. Non-trained personnel. There are too many mirrors that disorientate the customer. Some foods are incorrectly cooked… The prices are a little too expensive.

Found this restaurant with a Google search. What a perfect evening we've had! We're tourists but felt just as welcome as all the local guests. The food was excellent, and the Urbani family knows what hospitality means. Thanks for the best last night we could have had to our short holiday in Torino.

Tiramisu: served in a tea cup, home made and honestly believe me when I have eaten Tiramisu all over Italy and this was the best I have ever had. I could have eaten 20 of them easy, unbelievable flavor and decadently rich.

A big difference in treatment between customers. A table next to ours had the right to appetizers, the waiter was present to serve them wine, they have the right to a small table adjoining theirs to not charge it. We, on the other hand, did not have the right to any of these services or even to a smile. Pity because the dishes were not bad. I would not go back.

Excellent service from Luca and his staff. Made to feel very welcome and also asked to use my poor Italian! Has been a family concern for some decades.

For the welcome and friendliness of the staff (Torinista) would have given it 5 stars. For cooking that leaves much to be desired and abundantly exaggerated prices are forced to give 1 star … Molecular thickness of pizza … highly advise against the use of the premises to avoid.

Appetizers of Turin must try, good but not cheap.

Expensive for what it is. When you ask for the account not listed the price of the dishes or drinks. The friendly and attentive staff. By the quality-price would not, by the deal Yes.

The door of the shower stall is not closed, the interruption in air conditioning, or they turn off when you are not saving energy, but when you come in the room then there's Inferno (maybe coincidentally). Breakfast a little bit poor.

Good value for price, but the beds are tight! the shower with mixer failure! Freezing or boiling.

We booked on line our stay as the Hotel has a very good value for money and is a 3-minute walk from Porta Nuova station and a short walk from the historic centre: good choice! Modern hotel with rooms not massive but functional and clean as well as quiet, a spacious and cozy bathroom; and the professioanle, who gave us all the required information. Good quality breakfast buffet, with variety of choices between sweet and savory, served in the breakfast room on the ground floor. We would also like that in front of the Hotel is a typical restaurant so fantastic that allows to taste the dishes of Piedmont without moving too far from the Hotel and is convenient for those who came in Turin in late evening. The Hotel Urbani is certainly recommended to couples or groups of friends to stay in Turin.

Great hotel, good location for visiting Turin and close to Porta Nuova railway station. Friendly staff and great breakfast buffet. The quality of the rooms is not constant but still good compared to the cost.

Truly a disappointment all around. To begin with the rooms the rooms assigned on the basis of stature, my wife and I were of short stature so they gave us the room of the seven dwarfs, the King bed was not bed but two beds together to make one, given that us having a young baby who sleeps with us was no good after a while the beds were separated and the little fellow was incasrato. Then the thing that really bothered me is that if you booked by phone I had agreed upon a price then I was obviously increased with excuses and crap varied, and finally have a big breakfast, for those of the third world maybe. 3/6/2014 — — — 3/7/2014.

The restaurant that is mentioned on the autobiography of Zlatan Ibrahimovic can be that bad? I've been here 3 times. Each visit it has been a wonderful evening with overwhelming antipasti, pretty good primi, excellent secondi and goood dessert. Fixed price? Somewhat 40 euros. But it's the excellent staff that makes the place. Looking forward my 4th time there!

Great hotel in the heart of the city good bf clean rooms. Its my 3 time and I be back in 2 weeks.

The restaurant is very nice, friendly staff, good dishes but not very abundant. Desserts and appetizers buffet put on each table. Messy. High prices (38 € for first two and 2 cakes and 1 water). Among other things the staff puts anxiety between courses.

Gotta try the Antipasti Piemontese!

Great little hotel very close to downtown. Stayed there for 11 days, extremely helpful staff, with great English skills (not always the case in Italy). Their breakfast is award-winning, as it should be! The internet service worked very well, as opposed to my previous experience in Turin, where they even charged more for "wireless" cable. The hotel is nextdoor to many nice little pizzerias, which made dinner very easy. Overall, a great experience, can't think of anything that I didn't like, I would not think twice before going there again.
