Rooms spacious, well-maintained and clean. Bathrooms renovated, and clean.
Breakfast could be improved, but overall a reference hotel for those who often travel to Torino and for those who want to visit the city. Convenient to take the metro and to get to the city center on foot.

The hotel is located in a really strategic location next to the new door station just outside the ztl.
You reach the center in a few steps.
The room is spacious, clean and comfortable enough even as a quality of sleep.
Wi-Fi connection present and sufficiently performing.
Good and varied buffet breakfast.
Staff courteous, competent and helpful.
For customers there is an agreement with a garage nearby to be able to leave the car guarded (22nd/day).

Great service. The room is beautiful and clean. There is a spa for just 7 euros you can have a good rest. A good combination between price and great service.

We really enjoyed the hotel's location as well as the hotel services, very nice family room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff makes it, Clinton I proudly now call my friend. Front desk helpful beyond the exit doors. Breakfast is very good and staff is very attentive. Rooms are comfortable except when hot out (no a/c). I will stay here again.

It was a great experience. I can't find bad things at this hotel. Staff friendly and helpful buffet immense and perfect place and excellent cleanliness. The only let's say problem is that the tub doesn't close completely. CMQ Fantastic I recommend it to all.

Good hotel near to the city center, with a vintage atmosphere. Breakfast is good, for the coffee, should be requested to the staff from the esspreso machine, much better than the regular. Price seems a bit high.

Very good location We're a few minutes from downtown. The staff lack of smiles, the heating rooms not noisy. But obviously the rooms are being redone. I remain satisfied, but it remains expensive for this level of service…

Hotel 2 minutes from the station, very comfortable, quiet, cared for in detail and with extremely polite and professional staff. I was very pleased to find the kettle in the room with the choice between coffee and tea. Very good breakfast for the price I will definitely return.

It is very close to the train station and via Roma, the rooms are small but comfortable and has a good breakfast.

No extras or upgrades have been offered on arrival for us as BW reward (diamond) customer. No GCCI appreciation at all. Spaceous clean rooms, good breakfast. Noisy area. The hotel is partly under reconstruction (actually our floor). No information about this at time of booking.

A well situated hotel for the main train station and general shops and restaurants and bars with a great gym. Unfortunately there's noisy building work being done at the hotel which wasn't mentioned on there website or when we arrived which ruined the stay and any chance of getting much sleep during the day as we were there for work…

Our room located on the 3 ' floor although overlooking the main street was really quiet and mostly clean well.
The Hotel is very close to the station and a few steps from Piazza San Carlo and then from the center, very comfortable.
The staff was very kind and satisfied our requests.
The standard room is equipped with all the comforts to spend a stay away from home.
With the buffet breakfast paid only €4 per day per person you could request products for celiacs and soy milk and/or rice.
Recommended.

The room I was given was very comfortable. The bathroom was completely glazed, from any part of the room you put on, you saw every thing going on inside the bathroom — not very pleasant since the room was for four people. The tub was whirlpool but nothing worked, and to take a shower it bathed every place possible. In spite of this, the room was perfectly soundproof and modern furnishings.

Hotel in the center, next to station (which is both an advantage and a defect). The service is impeccable, the structure is old, but the whole thing is renovated and it doesn't make you miss anything. I found the free gym for those who also want to have a sauna and whirlpool for a fee. I've been fine for 2 weeks.

Our room was large and clean and precisely as described. The breakfast was delightful. There was a large spread of hot and cold items, very tasty eggs, fresh fruit, a nice assortment of yogurt. We were pleased about our stay. Fantastically close to the Porta Nuova station.

Use the structure multiple times a month, both for the conference (room Fenoglio) for both nights. Hotel very clean, classy, the staff always attentive to every need; at the reception is always a pleasure to be greeted with friendliness and helpfulness. The telephone, for several reservations that I do for work, I have always been treated with extreme courtesy. Lately, I have had the opportunity to try l'wellness area (sauna, jacuzzi, emotional shower) ; mrs. Nadia (involved in all'wellness area) is a kindness and radiance indescribable. I recommend everyone to contact the all'Hotel Genius for their work (such as the beautiful meeting rooms) and for your relax in Turin.

Strategically located right next to the Porta Nuova train station and subway station, 10/15 minute walk to the main attractions of this beautiful city (Egyptian Museum, piazza San Carlo, Mole Antonelliana. ) single room with Queen, good breakfast. Friendly and professional staff. Weak Wi-Fi (at least in my room). Recommended.

My biggest fear was the proximity to the train station, the stay was uneventful, very spacious room and breakfast more than adequate. I went there after mid-January 2014. We did 4 days on foot and arrived in museums, palaces and gardens which we had set ourselves.
On foot you can reach the city centre easily: crossed the Avenue begins the walkway leading up to the Senate.
Nearby we got lucky and found two restaurants where he ate well.

I was greatly impressed by the environment found in Hotel Genio, ancient and elegant period building liberty, which in terms of style, elegance and luxury interior furnishings of the rooms seems to belong to a higher category to 3 star we are used to. It was recently renovated an entire new wing, with really nice rooms and refined.
The Hotel has 128 rooms Genius with an offer which ranges from Standard, Superior and Junior Suite. The latter are really luxurious, almost Regal, with loft and finely stucco ceilings originals.
There is a relaxation area with loungers, sauna and hot tub, and a seating solution Energy (rooms for those who want to engage in physical activity, with in-room exercise bikes or free access to a gym super technological). The furniture in these rooms range from classic to modern, but still very elegant.
The Hotel is great for the value both for the staff.
The city centre can be reached in no crossing a and entering straight into the pedestrian zone. All major attractions are within easy walking distance.

Pleased with location, near to train, self laundry. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast staff are very accomodating when we sleep late and arrive 15 minutes before closing. I would recommend this place. The AC works.
