Good Service And ok Rooms.

Very good place to walk in Turin. Good quality for the price. 3 stars hotel we couldn't expect more.

Arrived Airport we headed to this Hotel for one night.
I remember well because it is a short distance from the sea and that night the coast was scourged by very strong winds.

The Hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Good salty and sweet offer at breakfast. Wifi really works! Only point: room and spaces in general limited but large bathroom. Street room always crowded and noisy until late.

10 and praise, only for the phone call just now: Unfortunately the hotel is fully booked, but the courtesy and helpfulness of the man who answered the phone, trying to find me an alternative solution to stay this weekend, was a pleasant surprise! Great service, thank you very much.

Rooms were a bit hot (central heating could not be operated) and a bit noisy as below there are bars and restaurants. Position is quite central and almost behind San Carlo Square.

Clean and elegant, with great helpfulness and kindness of the staff. In the centre and a few steps from the Porta Nuova station. Great hotel.

The hotel is very central and the location is very good. The room was very large and was very clean, however the elevator was claustrophobic. Next to the hotel is a restaurant called Rosso Sapoe that eats beautifully. We will definitely come back.

Great room, big bathroom, great breakfast. Localization is perfect, close to the station, surrounded by restaurants and just at the beginning of Lagrange Street. The staff was very helpful — special shoutout to Silvia and Federica.

Great location, walking distance from the station and from most places of interest in the city… Clean and spacious room with simple and basic furnishings. Good quality and tidy breakfast, all extremely clean. The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable, especially to the girl in the reception who has been very thorough in the explanations.

Great! Great staff, the girls at the front desk are very prepared, always ready to look for a solution or give great advice to the tourists! The staff in the breakfast room is very friendly, the buffet is really rich, the rooms cozy… the location of the hotel is optimal, from there you move well x visit the center on foot, with the car and the station is two steps away… I will definitely return!

It’s very nice and clean with great selections of food for breakfast, the location is perfect, in the heart of Turin! Close to the historical part of the city, just in front of the train station.

Clean, refreshments in room and soap/shower gel provided. Good selection at breakfast too. Reception staff very welcoming and informative as well.

Structure in the central area of Turin. Few parking spaces reserved front hotel with fee and comfortable and clean rooms. Small lifts to enter with voluminous suitcases.

The receptionist is wonderful! She definitely made the stay. I would come back just for her.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff were very obliging and patient with us. We had a problem with our door (key card wasn't working) but unfortunately the technician was not available to fix it. The lady at reception kindly came up and sorted it out herself.

It's ok to spend a night, clean but not great. Wi-Fi is abysmal.

Excellent breakfast, great value for money (with an offer). The rooms are very close to the room. Noise is coming from outside and from other rooms. To me personally did not bother and it is not excessive. Due to the central location, there is a parking problem that you can solve by purchasing at newsstands or from the tobacconist the daily parking ticket at a cost of €10. The hotel possibly has 4 parking spaces at €15 which go away like bread.

Do not book by booking: The hotel you ' ' subclass ' ' to a lower category room and the reception responds tirelessly — with a lot of bad faith — that the category that appears on booking reservation is the category Higher, more expensive.
In clear you are put in front of the accomplished fact: either you have for the price agreed a lower category room than the one promised, either you pay more, or you lose one night ' ' down payment ' ' and you manage to find something else Immediately available in Turin…
Also very badly soundproofed and heated poorly (not even radiator in the bathroom).

Very friendly service at the reception desk, the rooms were clean and modern. It's quite loud outside, but one doesn't notice much with the windows closed.

Everything ok, room small but comfortable. Shame about the nn functioning of air conditioning under review power hours.

Should be more of a 2 star hotel, 2 rather small elevators, no ramp to bring up your suitcases, noisy room due to construction next door, breakfast runs out ever morning at 9.00am, and fruit, check what I have uploaded, a disgrace, coffee maker breaks down 2nd day, no bathroom amenities, wont be visiting back.

Viaggio molto per lavoro e un albergo così' e' difficile da trovarsi: — personale davvero utile e competente (reception) — albergo molto funzionale — una Wi-Fi che funziona veramente (spesso una rarità) — ho preso una stanza singola ma ha semplicemente tutto quello che può semplificare la vita senza farmi sentire in una camera a gas (tipico di alberghi in centri storici) — la colazione e' buona ma ho trovato il personale un po' "perso" infatti non sono riuscito a trovare un tavolo perché' erano tutti con I piatti sporchi. Altrimenti avrei dato 5 stelle. Ma sara' stato sicuramente una circostanza e non una inefficienza, domani in ogni caso lo saprò :-).
