Good hotel, this is our second visit. The rooms are spacious and comfortable especially with two kids. The bathroom and toilets are clean and the breakfast is a buffer style with a lot of variety. We would stay there again.

This is a Wonderful Hotel. Receptionists very Polite, can communicate fluently in English. Room very Neat. Breakfast is full of HEALTHY CHOICES. Staff all. REMEMBER NADIA in the reception. I have been to SHARD in London but the breakfast here is FANTASTIC. There is Bus from FERMI to the location.

I have been away for a while at this hotel and now I think I have made a pretty clear idea of its pros and cons.
The rooms are well lit and wide, you can see that have been modernized quite recently and do not have big defects (those found so far are: a handle in the shower that has caved, the fan of the air is not working and the handle of window that yielded; Until now I have been in 5 different rooms. The bed is quite comfortable as well as the blankets. The cleanliness of the room seemed great, as well as the blankets, sheets, etc. One thing to note: The outlets to recharge smartphones or tablets are not very comfortable near the bedside table, so it is better to equip yourself with cables of about 2 meters long.

Nice spacious rooms bright and modern. Great spaces and no parking problem two minutes from the highway. Perfect for me that I often merge in the halls on the first floor.

A great business hotel ideal for meetings, meeting and Congress. Convenient to reach and supported by a large car park the Hotel Diamante excels in every point of view when used for business purposes. Do not check 5 stars just because the position (industrial zone) limits it and makes it suitable only for professional purposes and not tourist/family. Very large meeting rooms, well equipped and bright.

A large modern hotel slightly out of the center of Alexandria. It shares with Uci Cinema and the Red Tomato pizzeria a large parking lot. We stayed one night in February. The warm rooms are comfortable and spacious. Nice bathroom with a shower. The breakfast, discreet in choice, is served in the room of the Bamboo restaurant, on the reception floor. Very helpful and friendly staff.

4 stars with a very big stretch. Breakfast is not included in the only plus is not so far from Serravalle Outlet Village.

Hotel that is located in a center on the outskirts of Alexandria which includes in the complex also multiroom UCI and pizza restaurant Red Tomato. Very large with availability of conference rooms and events well known by the tour operators for stopover in Alexandria. Ample parking and possibility of business meetings.

Nice structure but a little expired, not optimal organization, we go there for the conference room which is very well equipped.

I can only express my point of view for the facility and the meeting rooms, because I have never slept here. Comfortable and friendly structure with parking available right in front.

I spent a day training inside the Emerald Room. I can not evaluate the rooms but the common spaces of the rooms, reception and bar/restaurant are well cared for and cleaned with modern furnishings. Nice and very efficient bar/restaurant staff.

Booked a room on their website. Got mail back from them. Turned up and "Sorry, we don't have your booking. And we have no room tonight. Awfully sorry… " Had to find somewhere else. Be very careful!

Since 2009 we regularly go to this hotel which is always as clean and design.
The reception does not change and is nice.

As a brief summary — a fantastic find to break a long journey from Toulouse to lake Garda up. Huge clean modern family room. Would definitely stay again. Detailed review here: We stopped off here to break up a trip from Toulouse to lake garda. The room rate we got force a family room of 82 euros through accor was impressive. This included breakfast. The hotel itself is a little out of the way of local amenities but has a cinema and a restaurant as a result next to it. It has underground parking which is secure enough. It is a 4 star hotel and they reception foyer is big and fairly grand. We were positively shocked when we saw the size of the family room which had two double possibly king size beds… a table and chairs and then loads of room for a for. (The for provided was an Ikea cot which was also perfect given we had the same at home). The bathroom also had bath and shower and was very spacious. The only criticism of the bathroom was that the A. C. Did not seem to serve this room but was not a big deal. Service here was fantastic and very professional and the breakfast buffet was of a high quality and a waiter even asked what hot drinks we wanted even though there were self serve machines available. I would recommend this hotel and understand why accor would partner with it.

Clean and nice rooms, good breakfast. Service speak English, it's a huge plus.

Well as always, we use it as a meeting and x sleep, then when there is an aperitif it is top.

If you like you room to be completely dark at night, choose a different hotel. Some of the electronic devices (mostly A/C and TV) were generating a lot of light and couldn't be switched off. The breakfast was rather poor as well.

Easy to get to, I was only there for a refresher course.

Stay for "honeymoon" package, we were greeted and pampered like nowhere else, nice facility, great facilities and staff. We will be back!

I spent two days with my wife from 1/26/15 to 1/28/15, using the offer with entrance to the Bellavita, hotel very good, a good chef for his professionalism, excellent reception staff and to that, I will recommend this to my friends, I hope in a future experience.
