A fixed stop in the past years on the return from excursions in val d'aosta, good food kind and professional waiters who always made you forget the haughty of the owner, today on the return from excursion Valdostana the slack owner has us squared from head to toe and told us that there were no free tables (at that time the place was completely empty inside and only a few tables occupied outside). Asked for advice in the village they directed us to another local on the heights where we found kindness, sympathy and professionalism in an elegant setting and especially great food. We walked past the club an hour and a quarter later and on the terrace you could still see empty tables! As they say, not all evil comes to harm… we found a much better place! TIP: Show up here dressed as if you were going to a wedding reception because for the owner the dress is a monk!

Dishes are not trivial and always well presented, also excellent alternatives for vegetarians and/or intolerant. The staff are friendly and helpful. The place is distinct, with a fairly spacious interior and also a number of outdoor places overlooking the lake.

Returning to the green tavern is always a real pleasure. The cuisine is really great and the wine list is at the top. Ornella describes the menu to you in an unparalleled way. The foods are excellently cooked and presented. I highly recommend it.

This is our favourite restaurant for authentic Piemontese food. I've never been disappointed when eating here. The taste is pure, seasonal, rich and so tasty! Everything is carefully prepared and served with elegance, style, love and pride. The choice of wines perfectly compliment the dishes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!
