I stayed in this hotel with my 6 year old son and other friends with children. Hotel convenient to the ski slopes in Frabosa and only a 10-minute drive from prato nevoso. Family run, a good welcome, small but very nice and clean! I stayed in a room on the second floor with four poster bed and a balcony with a beautiful view of the valley! The strong point of this hotel is the kitchen! All cooked by the owner who is a very good cook, in the morning we woke up with the scent of freshly baked cakes that you felt the room! There is also a small games room for children, where I can play in peace. A place to return!

To avoid! Tiny room, poorly furnished, reading lamp with red light bulb type room for hours! Supper of leftovers, with stale bread! If you want a tip forget it, go elsewhere. Great Improvisation!

Luckily we only stayed one night. Reception a little ' so, double bed composed of 2 singles of different heights, uncomfortable and creaking, dust and cobwebs, shower very precarious. Cooked ham of last quality and bad breakfast, we had to clear the table on our own, no plates, no drinks, no brioches, dirty cutlery and all products packed. Never again!

Small hotel with pseudo-family management. Pseudo in the sense that there is a lack of "heat" of the classic family management and remains somewhat improvisational.
Rooms left in the 70s were clean.
The big point in favor of the hotel is located right on the slopes!

We were at dinner because we had been described as a great restaurant, but when we booked they were well guarded by informing us that we would be treated the same as the hotel's customers… Poor quality and mostly heated food (Milanese cooked maybe the day before… dried up…). The excessive bill when compared to the dishes and the really poor service… He doesn't even deserve a star.

Great family run hotel. Excellent for the slopes and the staff are incredibly helpful from taking you to get your skis and pass to digging your car out of the snow and helping you put your chains on love you all.

The staff were lovely but the beds are very squeaky and there was only a very thin duvet, there was only a choice of a few meat sandwiches for lunch, breakfast was amazing though although only had one type of croissant (apricot) it did have a toastie maker though and sponge cake with a selection of drinks. Dinner was a little too late and long for the children, it started at 19:30 Rome time, the kids enjoyed some of the meals but I would recommend going out for dinner. The slopes we're not good for beginners but perfect for people who have been skiing at least 2 or 3 times before.

Stayed with children and friends one night, very bad experience. Upon arrival, after a day in the snow, the surprise of not finding hot water for a boiler failure and, some of us, no heating for faulty element, then night in the cold. My room had been partially cleaned, on the floor and on the bedside tables I found the remains of those who stayed before me and, in the morning with sunlight, there was a lot of dust as well as cobwebs here and there. Mediocre dinner with few courses and endless intervals between courses. Breakfast plentiful but very disorganized. Excessive and pumped prices. At the time of the bill not even 1 cent discount much less words of apology for the hardships experienced. We're not recommended.

Location and Price great. Structure to Redo (all of 20 years ago). If you wake up and you are out all day it is perfect, great breakfast.

Located near the ski resorts of the area of Artesina-Prato Nevoso (reachable through The connections with Frabosa Soprana). Good location for those who want to be close to the slopes. The property is cozy in typical mountain style, friendly and helpful staff. Very Good cooking!

Beautiful Location You can go out practically with skis on your feet. Friendly and family Environment. Good level.

Hotel remained stationary in the years ' 80, friendly but inexperienced staff. You Don't expect a hot shower in the middle of the day.

Unbeatable the food and the hospitality of the two managers, Richard and Teresa, who with their presence ensures a stay of peace and relaxation. Highly recommended to all and especially to those who has a family and four-legged.

Fabulous hotel and great managers. My boyfriend and I had a really good time cooking is great in the truest sense of the word.

I've been here over Easter weekend to enjoy the last days of snow of the season. The hotel is in a great location, very close to ski slopes of Frabosa Soprana. There is ample parking and beautiful views of the slopes. The environment is dated, the furnishings appear to those classics of "Grandma" … in short, feels like stepping back in time. However, the rooms are clean and you can't complain of services. The Manager was very hospitable and the food isn't bad at all. The dishes are plentiful and the menu ranges from seafood to local flavours (eg. Ravioli del plin, local cheese) to conclude with House made desserts (yummy cream with berries).
I recommend this hotel especially for families with children and those who own dogs.

Staff friendly and helpful, just nn understand how it can be classified as a 3 star when as furniture and build quality could be safely 1 star.

The ultimigiornidi July I went with my wife to FRABOSA SOPRANA and I have to say that while not a happening town, Teresa and Richard with their politeness and friendliness will make up for it then. Little holiday of all rest with clean air and food that makes Teresa with great skill and a bit of love for his job. Every day the menu is a welcomed treat, never heavy and always with sweets after dinner. Our room was always cleaned and tidied with care and I don't want to say more. Only one thing. Guys see you soon.

We stayed for five great days at this hotel, for the first time and we must say that we really enjoyed. Everything to perfection, location, cleanliness, hospitality and family atmosphere. Amazing kitchen of Maria Theresa and Richard as well as the staff. We were comfortable from day one. For those who love skiing like us, there is direct access to the slopes away. Great value for money. Highly recommended. We stayed in February 2013, travelled.
