Great hotel in Cuneo, top reception, decent breakfast, parking in the hotel in the center of the city. Very comfortable bed.

Bathroom with persistent smell of sewer due, apparently, of old plumbing (problem accentuated then by rain). Window left open until 22 pm and Cartaccia/handkerchief of others left over the shower. Tv and mattresses OK. Only 4 hangers but no closet to store your belongings. Good breakfast but for just that I would not stay.

Great hotel for business travellers I suggest the rooms reasonably priced clean and cozy.

We were in Cuneo last weekend for the Italian Duathlon Championship and stayed here, so maybe I could understand the reviews that were talking about one more star they would deserve. I agree perfectly, in three days the succession of staff at the reception has always maintained the constancy of courtesy and precision. The room spotless including the bathroom, the shower made me envy, a black tiled with a glass perfectly clean and crystalline without any halo. We had a superior and they asked us what daily we wanted for the next day, breakfast? Well… I have shot of hotel but. So well done. Mixed between salty and sweet. With hot eggs and bacon with pancakes and and wuaffles to dress at will with… mah. First time I find it, original maple syrup from Canada! Wonderful!. At some point I wanted to tell them: just please. Do not be so perfect because from the review that I will think of a kinship! Beautiful experience. True indoor parking fee for €14 per night. But we who had the races in the square and almost all the center closed we liked this too! I recommend it to everyone.

Very nice and very good location, very appreciable Parking, friendly and professional staff. We always book at this hotel. In comparison to the last time, breakfast damage more orange pressed but powder bag against the top personal, choice several coffee, bread, cereals… A lot of choices.

A nice hotel located at the center of Cuneo, a few steps away from the pedestrian zone (Via Roma), spacious room, have a safe and mini bar, cleanliness is at its best, abundant breakfast, staff are available and friendly.

We booked and paid but there was no problem and they didn't keep the room… After a moment of panic they still solved the situation.

The location of the Hotel is perfect, close to the pedestrian area and the main square of Cuneo. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all comforts. The staff and the breakfast.

Centrally located Hotel (in a street behind the square) with discreet parking possibilities. It has 3 stars, but perhaps it deserves one more for how it is kept and managed. The rooms are very small and comfortable. Breakfast buffet and good choice between sweet and savory. Quiet location because on the road not much passing and availability of several restaurants within a few minutes walk.

The hotel was in a lovely position the staff were very friendly " thank you"
My only "wish" is that the breakfast was perhaps a little "fresher" bread was a little stale, the water in urn for Tea was a little scuddy, eggs were inedible (sorry) pancakes cold" perhaps these were frozen"?
Mini bar I would have liked a little more.
However thank you. Hotel was clean and welcoming xxx we will come back.

Hotel with a historical heritage that however has been able to moderniate with style. Entering you see the old plant of the hotel but immediately you are impressed by the furnishings and finishes, modern but very special. The rooms are also well-equipped with a kettle for tea and herbal teas.

We stayed here for two nights. We had spent the previous two weeks touring Italy by car. This hotel was our best hotel throughout our trip. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. It's location could not be better sitting on one corner of the vast square. The breakfast was superior to all the other hotels we stayed in. Would love to go back again and spend a few days in this wonderful hotel and Cuneo.

In the room 228 there is a bit of smell of exhaust but overall well cared for and clean.

The hotel owner are really welcoming and helpful. It's a small lovely hotel in the city centrum, walking distance to shopping malls and activities.

My wife and I were in town for the weekend for a wedding and we stayed in this hotel The hotel is very conveniently located (straight in the centre). The rooms are nice and clean. There's a safe in the room, which is good. The bathroom was clean too and they provide some basic toiletries. Breakfast was not included in our room but we still had it one morning and paid 7 Euro per person. There's quite a bit of choice of cakes and savouries but even around the hotel there are plenty of bars and cafes. The staff were pretty friendly so I would recommend this hotel overall.

Really bad, old furniture and consumed. Uncomfortable bed and bedclothes yellowed. All drenched in pastel green and yellow paint.
narrow bathroom that you can't even wipe off, no bidet. To cover the old stuff was strewn glazed paint on anything, shelves, floor, tile SOAP dish.
for us it was a real nightmare. For a 70ina of euros each.

Don't book yourself ever with it over the internet or by leaving the credit card! Improper management. They charged the full amount saying it depended on them as soon as we closed the call termination. If this is a hotel.

It should be "Central" for one night. The hotel is located in a beautiful building, the parking lot is closed, the room very big and very beautiful, with old, selected pieces of furniture and a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast was as actually everywhere in Italy, "paltry".
