Nice, quiet, great Breakfast, nice staff but the ubication is terrible If you are without car. Nothing to do, boring as hell, after 9pm its suicide to leave ur room cos of the street and the mosquitos. Dont take the room with whirlpool its waste of money. The toilet is so unconfortable, your doing ur business standing almost. In total this a motel and not a Hotel. Its clean, comfy bed, but I wont come back anymore, thats for Sure, italy is done for me big time.

Wow! I was a guest at the Blue Relais to attend a wedding. Friendly, helpful, great rooms and super equipped with everything you need. Fantastic breakfast with so much choice and great quality.

I stayed overnight at this hotel and it was a great experience! Large and well-cleaned room, the bathroom with chromotherapy in the shower, there is then the convenience of parking the car in front of your room. Friendly staff and great breakfast with variety of both sweet and salty. Great location for the Malpensa airport and to visit Lake Maggiore.

I have stayed at this Hotel some past Settiamane for working needs, I will not stay here again. The rooms are not the best, they are also continually used as motels by other guests (resulting in racket). One thing that left me absolutely puzzled is the front desk guy during the night time, besides not knowing how to help me when I asked him about the hotel I noticed he has a very unrestrained look with flashy tattoos. The crazy thing? I had to translate, for a French friend of mine who does not speak Italian, the operations of checkin because the two could not be understood. I'm sorry, but it flunked!
The breakfast is not bad, however I did not notice great cleanliness in the bar area.

A good motel hotel we like to return to, but it is to be improved in various respects… the bathroom endowment — the soap in plastic bag will cost maybe little, but it's no use if you can't open it, and once it's open. I leave it alone. ; Missing the body cream, slippers in the rooms without whirlpool, and breakfast is always overlooked — the staff did not understand why it is located there. There are often jams, water, for the brioch there is never indication of what they contain if stuffed or empty, the trays Ham & comp. Once finished so until 10 o'clock in the morning, in the rooms there is minibar without bottle opener… and I could continue to write a book… are good cakes and homemade biscuits, but in short with the potential that this place is really a shame to tune in Details of the genre…

Good to stay simply one night. Breakfast is sufficient and parking is right in front of the rooms.

Nice seminar motel with decent Italian cuisine. There is a fair effort there but there is nothing extraordinary.

I do not understand how a motel used to hours for the "passage" I have always cost 50 euros and a nice day the same room costs me 79euro? But you never saw such a thing in a motel. The rate change I can accept on a full overnight stay. Terrible! Structure, rooms and service exceptional but with is lost customer move for 30 euros!

The room is lovely and the bathroom nice but it is difficult to sleep in the morning because of the noise (especially that of the cleaning staff and other travellers who leave their room)
Other worries a surcharge of €10 per night is to be added on the Bill for the chat while when booking no supplement was specified for that same cat.

Good location To visit Northern Italy. Enjoy their rooms with large foaming bathtub.

The location although busy is near to the airport, lake and shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and have everything you need and breakfast was satisfactory. I would happily stay at Blue Relais Motel again but would not need more than 1 night here.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was nice, as to be expected for the price we paid. The reason I only gave 3 stars is because we were woken up due to fellow guests returning in the evening, but this is probably due to the motel style, the other reason is because of the decor, lots of mirrors everywhere including on the ceiling, although to give the hotel some credit this had been covered by panels.

Very nice place, full of shopping malls… Very well built and furnished hotel, it looks like a typical American motel… The Staff was very helpful Excellent service, room and cleanliness.

We had a great deal, we took the suite with Jacuzzi. All perfect! Great breakfast, varied and plentiful with real coffee. Recommended!

I spent only one night in the facility. Very clean and quiet room Nice and helpful staff Rich breakfast buffet. After a day of walking, the bathroom in the Jacuzzi was great! The hotel is close to the shopping area and there are many restaurants.

Passing through the area, I bought with Groupon one night for two people in the room with Jacuzzi and dinner in the room… it was a very pleasant evening! Great dinner and service, spotless room and friendliness of the staff. Not worth five stars for the location (industrial/commercial area) and breakfast not up to par…

This motel seems recently renovated for looks, not function. Breakfast is average. My room had a mirrored ceiling above the bed and window to the shower. So if that's what you're looking for, this might be the place for you.

Great hotel with led services expected of a 4 star. Very good for ballads. In a commercial area that is ideal for shopping, less if you want to view on the Lake, or the vegetation. For us no surprises, we will return if we're back in the corner.

Suite, deluxe exceeding my expectations, welcoming, clean and attention to detail, and rectangular shower with Chromotherapy, and large jacuzzi in the room for romantic couples, double TV … comes with a wide assortment of toiletries, slippers and robes. Breakfast with variety of choices not exactly abundant, and good dinner but not gourmet as bought with coupon from Groupon. A star in my opinion goes to the girl who works in a friendly and courteous WAA's restaurant. And another plus point that rooms have private parking in front of the entrance.

Motel rooms are comfy however they are not sound proofed enough to insulate against noise coming from next door rooms especially if they are occupied by couples.

Blue Relais is in a great location, not far from lakes and Milan. The Superior room is comfortable and elegant, with attention to detail. The staff were courteous and helpful.

What can I say, I love this place. For the price we offer is perfect. Definitely in luxury hotel you will find better, but not at this price. I stayed in Suite with Jacuzzi in the room and I must say it is perfect. LCD TV with Sky in front of the bed and in front of the hot tub. The bathroom is very cute, especially the shower. You sleep well and the type of rooms in Motel with parking the car in front of the room. I can't wait to go back.
