With my husband we chose Palazzo Righini to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We opted for an overnight stay in a Junior Suite with whirlpool and a dinner at the hotel restaurant: Ancient Times.
The premise to be happened, coincidentally, exactly on the weekend of June where in Fossano there is the Palio, which definitely makes it feel even more magical, the hotel proved to live up to expectations.
Just arrived, noting there was no parking in the historical building (exactly in the center of the country), we parked on the course wondering then in reception if they believe we did well: well, the receptionist immediately informed that soon there would be the costume parade for the Palio and invited us to leave the car keys so as to allow the driver to move it and Park it where there had been problems, while not making a hefty fine.
Then escorted us to the room where we were blessed by a wonderful décor and superb attention to detail: there were treats in the room to greet us or the hotel's wine in the fridge (among other things completely free for guests) and not even all the explanations about the services offered by the hotel, Spa for 2 included, which we have received the following morning the willingness to give us a late check out at no extra charge.
The sleep quality was wonderful, relaxing whirlpool and, when we wake, we could appreciate the quality of the breakfast very rich: in addition to the classic continental offer (which differs however, for really excellent raw materials), they asked us if we liked eggs scrambled, boiled or fried and, from this menu on the tables, we knew we would have problems even if we had asked them to do. In short, everything was excellent as was the service, polite, professional, courteous.
It is a place that I would recommend to anyone: run by a young, capable and very nice who could make magic for everyone.
