I mainly rate the kitchen. The rooms are ok, all as far as you would expect. I was there on a business trip. The kitchen, however, is clearly above what you would have expected — an absolute dream and also a 6 star value. I had the pleasure of dining with Italian hosts there and after a good 3 hours, several courses I was enriched by many culinary delights. Mega what came out of the kitchen there. Fine wines and drinks rounded off an unforgettable evening. Happy again.

Unusual structure, very cozy, we slept in a really nice room, and the eating in the restaurant on site is something really special, for me that I live abroad this is amazing. I still remember the taste of pork cooked at low temperature, something extraordinary, and the sommelier really smart, if I return will be for sure my hotel.

Hotel in Norma, the rooms are separated from the structure but has all the comforts, the restaurant really deserves, great winery.

Very delicious place and with great food. Friendly and welcoming staff. I do not give up because for Saturday night I still wait to know if there was a chance to dine. I was told that they would look at me and they would tell me something. I waited until the last, but I was not considered. Probably a forgetfulness due to the full Saturday, but I missed the opportunity to organize myself differently. Anyway I recommend it.

On arrival some doubts, but once welcomed, completely charmed by the couple that run the restaurant. Fine wines and very good kitchen in a authentic regional setting. They immediatly set up the terras table for 2 persons. Top.

Great restaurant combines a Piedmontese cuisine skilfully revisited, with a wine list at all obvious, passion fruit of the owner for the search and discovery of hidden excellences. The best place to eat in the canavese, together at the Gardenia in Caluso, don't miss it.
