Immerso nel verde, ottimo come evasione dalla città, tranquillità cortesia punti forti con un ottima piscina, camere pulite e gradevoli e una buona ristorazione, sicuramente da ripetere.

Marco and Luciana, two special people have managed to create a little paradise. They welcome with great skill and pamper through the quality of their products. We followed the signs looking for a place to stay overnight and found a little paradise, "un sogno", as Italians would say. What an impressing view over Val Borbera! Luciana and Marco are the perfect host, very friendly and helpful. Delicous local food perfectly executed and incredibly tasty. Grazie per tutto and we hope to come back soon.

Very very very peculiar homemade specialties with an overlook on the "Val Borbera canyon south end". Hint: do not follow Google maps directions from Cantalupo if you don't like (very) dirty roads…

Beautiful Location overlooking the Borbera Valley doors with breathtaking scenery, impeccable service and great food! Small portions but just ask for the BIS! With a swimming pool available for booking or with lunch or dinner! Professional staff and very friendly!

Truffle menu
When you arrive you are warmly welcomed.
It starts with cured meats of their own production, continues with vegetables drowned with truffle and then egg with special ingredients and truffle. The first dishes are noodles with special butter and dumplings with Montebore cheese both sprinkled with truffles. Then we move on to the second : cod with apple sauce and truffle and then truffle dart fillet with yummy thyme potatoes.
The dessert first satisfies your eyes and then the palate.
After coffee you taste the liquors studied by the owner and they are really good.
Surprising is the price of 42 euros wine excluded. The price is so small because the truffles are sought and found directly by the owner Mrs Luciana.
It's all really EXCELLENT and soon we'll be back in this nice place.

Terrific experience, excellent dishes combined with a lovely view. Territory in the dishes in the glasses, and all around us. I do not describe the courses so as not to ruin the surprise. I'm just saying they're exquisite. Congratulations to Luciana and Marco for the work done until now and in the mouth of the wolf for what they still want to achieve. I can't wait to go back. Again congratulations for everything, but especially for the passion they have and that they know how to convey to their guests.
