Friendly service, attentive and very respectful of anti-Covid regulations and more than adequate distancing.

Great restaurant in Bianzè. We got to try it on our lunch break while we were at work on a construction site in the area. Great menu and more than fair price.
The place is also worth a visit for the surroundings, I can only recommend it.

My dear Francesca I wanted to warn you that I was there among the guests and I do not think right what you wrote.
Here we are talking about a review on the local and the food and the direct concerned is not you but only the owners of the premises.
Your wedding party was unquestionably organized and you don't have to feel offended or pulled into a lawsuit for something you can't. I shared the review of another gentleman (who I currently no longer see) just because I share in full what he had written. The reviews to the locals serve to help people to address them in the best places and restaurators to improve themselves. Anyway, I repeat, this is a criticism only for the location and preparation of food, for the rest was a fantastic party.
Nice room nothing to say… But let's not talk about food, really bad! Aperitif served in plastic cups, grana Padano that was not grana, olives, vegetables, battered and pizzas all frozen. We pass to starters, acceptable sword carpaccio, veal carpaccio would have been good had not been sliced like a steak, then inedible, shrimp cocktail in pink sauce, too trivial, puff pastry with stuffing d horrible duck, was not A puff pastry but a pate brisee dough with a indefinable stuffing. Children's menu: pasta with tomato, Milanese and baked potato… Maybe the only thing that was eatable was baked potatoes.

I am the direct concerned as well as the bride and I am sorry that you 6 took the trouble to come and leave a negative x review regarding our wedding day not being even invited to our wedding… On 118 invited to date no one and I say no one complained… In fact everything is great from the Buffet to the cake… That said we recommend both x lunches and dinners even in the week

We celebrated our 30 year wedding and had a great time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the courses plentiful and especially very good. The Piedmontese mixed fry is really the best. We will return to try the other menus.

Good restaurant with typical Piedmontese cuisine. We were offered a good menu at 25E plus drinks consisting of two appetizers, two first, one second and coffee.

The welcome of the owner and the cook was warm.
The delightful room hot and spacious, with the wood trim of the attic and the noise of the rain that ticking on our heads in peace and silence in which you are immersed.
The course of risotto gave ample insight and made us know the spectacular and spotless kitchens and the professionalism of the cook Laura.
In the evening we retorted in the pizzeria.
Wide choice of pizzas, all with a light and soft dough leavened for 48 hours, recommended as appetizer the fried dumpling with mixed meats.
At Sunday lunch we tasted the Piedmontese menu. Delicious La Panissa Vercellese, excellent fried mixed.
What about, we fell in love with this place, and we did the wedding lunch which was unforgettable!
We are now fixed customers!

Working on Bianzè step for lunch at the tower is almost a must. I've never had dinner from them but always only done lunches from worker. They always have a choice among three first three seconds and contours to the classic price of € 10 with. 25 of wine with acceptable quality considering the price.

Today I went has lunch with my family and despite there was a lot of people we ate very well and drank a great wine as always a personal thank you you have owners and to all the staff X the service is the courtesy that sets you apart as always.

Good lunch with great risotto at honest prices.

Birthday party Saturday, September 13, 2014:
38 my friend's Party at the restaurant in the Tower, what can I say all expectations have collapsed one after another, a good buffet nothing more; all agreed from the birthday boy has not been observed from the table (don't make two tables for a birthday with 38 guests), risotto and pasta (only saw the risotto), fruit buffet and I emphasize buffet n, dj for dancing not reached, but the most serious thing is remove the bottles of wine with guests even at the table. In summary we ate a buffet starter and a risotto including drinking clearly for the modest sum of € 30, 00. Pity beautiful location but it was clear that the proprietor had a hurry.

Traditional Piedmont cuisine. The specialties are: Panissa, fried fish, mushrooms, Polenta, boiled meat, Bagna cauda. Great dessert: panna cotta and Bunet. The garden is immense and beautifully landscaped.
