The owner and the rest of the staff are very kind. We don't have to say anything…
The hotel is well located for ski slopes.
On eating we were not satisfied, the lack of children menu.
Cleanliness of the rooms not great.
In the bathroom little water, and small disage with heating.
But the strange thing is not there TV, there is a PC where you can only see programs on the Internet: Rai replay or Youtube. The thing would not be bad but the connection and very slow, and it does not allow you to see the direct.

What I have probably written that I'll help. To make it better because those who work there are very kind people who love their work, surely our experience will have been a coincidence!
