We have just returned home from a week at this hotel feeling very relaxed. The staff in all areas from reception to restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious and had a lovely view of lake Lugano. We did not pay to use the adult only spa but used the family spa and sauna. We found the best time to go was after 6pm as it was quieter. The spa had sauna, steam room and relax area where children under 16 were not allowed.
This is a fantastic resort. Do not hesitate in booking it. Got an apartment with an amazing view of the lake. Very spacious and clean. Service is superb, everyone very helpful and with the best attitude and lovely smiles. Spa is great, I was the only one there, had 3 saunas and steam room just for me, wished it opened earlier and would then have used it every day. Inside pool is very nice. Outside pools look fantastic but they are not heated and it was cold in October.
My husband and I stayed here towards the end of our 12 day trip and it was the perfect setting to wind down the trip. Lake Lugano is gorgeous and there is not one bad view from the resort. We hung out one day at the private beach and swam in the lake and rented the paddle boats for an hour, which I highly recommend.
