Olivio the owner was very helpful, the people in Italy are freindly but Olivio was super freindly. The breakfast is great and the room is nice. We came in middle of the night because of a delay in the flight and welcomed warmly. Olivio even offered us a meal in middle of the night.

Breakfast was some prepackaged croissants/pastries, yogurt, and Nespresso. Not what would be expected out of a "bed and breakfast". 1 bathroom for 4 rooms (which could be 8 people). Luckily the 4 of us were the only ones there. Location was ok, a bit of a hike from town. Area might be nicer in the summer.
Rooms themselves were fine, host was nice.
