Clean, and comfortable. Very knowledgeable reception and happy to always help. Decent breakfast for the morning to start your day. Rooms cleaned daily very well. Closer to a hotel than a hostel.

This is the best hostel among all of my hostel experiences across the globe. Clean, comfortable beds, smelling good. The staff is super friendly, helpful and kind. Breakfast is OK, but I would not say its good. One thing to take into account is that there is a little kitchen with fridge, microwave and some plates, but you cannot really cook there. Although when I asked they gave me cutlery and cutting board to make a salad.

Price for value was more than perfect, staff is very friendly and it is also good located, defenitly visiting again.

Coolest toilet in the room ever for a hostel, shower head was like a disco light. Will definitely book this place again if I return to milan. Keep it up :)

Backpacking through 19 countries in Europe, Milan was my last stop before returning home. Tired from alcohol and adventures, I was hoping to find a chilled place. I was surprised at how welcoming and relaxing this hostel is for it's price! The lovely couple running the place were so welcoming, helpful and run a beautiful hostel! Location was a bit out of the city centre, however a few minutes on the metro lines and a short walk to the hostel is all that's involved. Bathroom facilities were probably the best I've seen in a hostel, rooms all had their own names with different themes to it. They also give you a little bag with your towel and other little amenities, giving that feeling of value for money. Would definitely stay there again.

Very good hostel. Close to the canal of navigli. Perfect spot for your stay in Milan. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms spacious, new and clean. The breakfast is simple but good.

The service here is fantastic! They help you as much as they can with a generous attitude. They know plenty of English. Bed and breakfast. They help you with great recommendations on where to go as in restaurants, tours and shopping.

They have the best shower facility! Room was always clean, staff were friendly and helpful!

Excellent hostel served by a very helpful and attentive family. The breakfast is complete and even enough is served throughout the day as a snack, the same with tea and coffee. The rooms were good and the beds were comfortable. Good value for money. The only bad thing I heard that a guest had been usurped the bed and it was not the first time that something like this happened.

I stayed in a double room with en suite, on the first floor. The positives are the cleanliness, courtesy and helpfulness of the staff and the good breakfast. The negative ones, the poor light of the room, whose windows overlook an internal cloister, and the noise of the heating area: I had to turn it off at night in order to sleep. The bathroom is very nice (although no bidet). Breakfast is good, but a tourist might notice the lack of toaster, scrambled eggs and bacon.

Wow. So nice, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, you got free shower equipment and yummy brekfast. Also there are cups, tea, water all for you at the corridors. I was in a 4 and 5 ppl room so not so packed. Lockers available. Clean hostel and not so expensive. You can get a discount if you stay longer and you can also store your luggage after check out for free. Definately recommended!

The position is extremely tactical: 3 minutes from the Naviglio Grande, 5 Minutes from the Metro Romolo. Rooms all different, our (Leonardo Da Vinci) was excellent, comfortable, warm, shower. Exceptional staff, Friendly and really helpful. Good!

The hotel is less than 10 minutes from restaurants and bars in the Naviglii (a large park has cross). The room is very nice and the bed is comfortable. However our room was just to the side of the home.

Perfect location for Navigli and city centre, especially if you want to enjoy aperitive time at Navigli without any noise close the hotel. The hotel is very nice, people are professional, breakfast is good. Some shared space with pc, internet connections and some free to take hot and cold drink.

I found two cockroaches, one next to my bed, and one in the sink. The sheets were not washed, I noticed women's hair in my bed. So disgusing! I ve been in ostello bello, much more better, and chipper. One Good point they dont serve Lunch or dinner.
